“O Allah kill Rusty Shackleford and terrorize his family”

By Michelle Malkin  •  November 8, 2007 01:15 PM

Charlotte,N.C.-based Internet jihadist Samir Khan, who’s still hate-blogging, threatens the life of pseudonymous Jawa Report founder Rusty Shackleford after the Jawas wreak hot-linking havoc on the jihadist’s cyber-assets:

O Allah kill Rusty Shackleford and terrorize his family.

O Allah kill Rusty Shackleford and terrorize his family.

O Allah kill Rusty Shackleford and terrorize his family.

May this Kaafir rot in this world and be tortured forever in the Hereafter.

One of the Jawas’ most potent weapons is humor in the face of evil.

Vinnie mocks the fatwa:

Further pwnage. Samir is beseeching Allah to kill a cartoon character from the Fox animated series “King of the Hill.” Maybe if he knew Rusty’s real name, like we know his, Allah might answer. Even then, I doubt it.

Ha.

Do the repeated invocations constitute a “threat” that could be prosecuted? No. They are pleas to Allah the moon-godess. Hence, although it would be contrary to Christianity, we could all legally Pray to God that Samir Khan be killed and that his family be terrorized.

On the other hand, when Khan personally expresses his hope that Rusty suffer in the hereafter (also not a threat), then it is certainly time for all you readers to demand that Rusty re-post the hilariously funny (but absolutely TRUE) report of how dead Muslims receive posthumous corks up their behinds to prevent Allah’s 99 demons from consuming their souls for eternity after anally sodomized the dead Muslim (and the rest of us too, by the way).

I think it might be better said that if a Jihadist preaches killing, that’s a free exercise of his religion. If a Christian preaches killing, that’s a violation of his religion.

Jesus did not encourage his followers to kill, and he discouraged them from killing wantonly. He did, however, acknowledge the need for defense, and especially for defense of the weak. The apostles also emphasized the appropriate use of force by the government.

    Dear Sirs.

A website hosted by you’re company, inshallahshaheed.muslimpad.com Is clearly incitement to violence and as such is prohibited under both Texas state and federal law. Under Texas law there is little distinction between the incitement of violence and the actual commission of violence. Further it is in obvious violation of The Planets usage policy.

    Acceptable usage policy violations:

    1) “Soliciting the performance of any illegal activity…“

    Terrorism is illegal.

2)“Threatening bodily harm or encouraging bodily harm or property destruction.“

Terrorism causes bodily harm and property destruction.

3)“Harassing another or encouraging harassing behavior.”

Samir Khan has personally threatened people on his website. I have provided the link below.

    inshallahshaheed.muslimpad.com

4)“Acting in any manner that might subject “the planet” to unfavorable regulatory action and adversely subject the planets public image, reputation and good will.”

Samir Khan has already been profiled in the New York Times. Eventually there will be other news outlets regarding inshallahshaheed.muslimpad.com and perhaps mentioning the The Planet as the United States based company which hosts his website, a website which is clearly an incitement to violence against Americans. Below is a profile of which appeared on the front page of the New York times, the name of the American hosting company has yet to be mentioned in the mainstream press but it certainly won’t be good for business once it is.

    http://www.nytimes.com

It is only a matter of time before something tragic occurs when it does there will be plenty of people reminding the public at large that and that there were ample opportunities to silence Samir Khan’s violent message. I sincerely hope The Planet will come down on the side of decency and responsibility and terminate this users account immediately.

Your immediate attention and a response regarding this matter is appreciated.

    Thank you-
