FBI is on his trail for the past year or so. I do not know what they are waiting for.
My personal guess would be tracing IP addresses, looking for communication routes and otherwise investigating everything they can about anyone and everyone this misguided martyr misfit may have ever talked to.

Just when have you heard (or even heard of) Christians preaching about killing?
Do the repeated invocations constitute a “threat” that could be prosecuted? No. They are pleas to Allah the moon-godess. Hence, although it would be contrary to Christianity, we could all legally Pray to God that Samir Khan be killed and that his family be terrorized.
On the other hand, when Khan personally expresses his hope that Rusty suffer in the hereafter (also not a threat), then it is certainly time for all you readers to demand that Rusty re-post the hilariously funny (but absolutely TRUE) report of how dead Muslims receive posthumous corks up their behinds to prevent Allah’s 99 demons from consuming their souls for eternity after anally sodomized the dead Muslim (and the rest of us too, by the way).

Learned all I every need to know about the religion of pieces back when flying combat support missions during the Iraq-Iran war in the mid-80s (not a group I felt the urge to join). We operated out of ELF-1 in the miserably hot city of rocking Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Well, another lesson in Islam - Allah is actually a hitman.
So, if Allah is going to wipe out a cartoon character, wouldn’t there have to be a toon form of Allah to carry out the deed?
But who will draw the necessary cartoon Allah, if those that draw Allah are themselves under sentence of death?
This whole fatwa deal with Allah as a hitman gets a little confusing. I mean, wouldn’t it be easier if Allah the hitman just wraps up a fish in Rusty’s vest to get the message across?
Or maybe give him a warning, like leaving a severed piston with oil dripping off of it under the sheets at the bottom of Rusty’s bed while he sleeps?
