A website hosted by you’re company, inshallahshaheed.muslimpad.com Is clearly incitement to violence and as such is prohibited under both Texas state and federal law. Under Texas law there is little distinction between the incitement of violence and the actual commission of violence. Further it is in obvious violation of The Planets usage policy.

Acceptable usage policy violations:

1) “Soliciting the performance of any illegal activity…“

Terrorism is illegal.

2)“Threatening bodily harm or encouraging bodily harm or property destruction.“

Terrorism causes bodily harm and property destruction.

3)“Harassing another or encouraging harassing behavior.”

Samir Khan has already been profiled in the New York Times. Eventually there will be other news outlets regarding inshallahshaheed.muslimpad.com and perhaps mentioning the The Planet as the United States based company which hosts his website, a website which is clearly an incitement to violence against Americans. Below is a profile of which appeared on the front page of the New York times, the name of the American hosting company has yet to be mentioned in the mainstream press but it certainly won’t be good for business once it is.

It is only a matter of time before something tragic occurs when it does there will be plenty of people reminding the public at large that and that there were ample opportunities to silence Samir Khan’s violent message. I sincerely hope The Planet will come down on the side of decency and responsibility and terminate this users account immediately.
