    A truck driver backed into a transformer in Dallas outside Rackspace’s facility causing it to explode and killing power to the facility. The facility has backup generators but those generators do not generate enough power to run the AC systems that keep the servers cool. Rackspace had to systematically take servers down to prevent overheating.
