These kinds of protests which really cross the line between civil disobedience are a direct consequence of (IMO) an unconstitutional war.
Barring a Sedition Amendment to the Constitution, the current legal environment makes it almost impossible to make a sedition or treason charge stick unless there has been a Congressional Declaration of War; something which GWB should have obtained from Congress by 09/30/2001.

I certainly hope the WA State or Fed authorities can make something “stick” over the concrete on the tracks!
