I can just see the next debate where the planted question will go something like this...

"Senator Clinton, tell us, are they bikinis or thongs?"

Well there is a lot of "outrage" over CNN's obvious corruption but what are you/we going to do about it? Writing blogs isn't reaching the hearts and minds of another significant block of Americans, especially those rushing through airports, or other places infected with CNN TV monitors spewing this propoganda 24/7. Nor is it stopping a dangerous enemy to this Republic. Think about some other options!

The diamonds or pearls question, to my mind, was a not so subtle way of trying to remind everyone that she is, after all a female, trying to play with the guys.
They are trying to create an appeal to not just feminists, etc but also to "girly girls" that would go into the polls and "pull the big lever" instead of atually
thinking about their votes.

Usually when the Kos-Kids escape their .com playpen and try to join the gown-ups at the adult table, chaos ensues; but this time, now that they are annoying the gentle folk at the CNN (Clinton News Network) table, I say let the children have their "fun."

I find it amazing that the MSM even bothers to deny their liberal bias. They seem to think keeping around a conservative commentator or two or printing a column by George Will makes them balanced. Are they that deluded or do they think we are that stupid?

How about some of the following questions?

1. What level of taxation would you like to see imposed on the American people?

2. If the economy is so bad why are illegal immigrants flooding across the border to fill jobs American's won't do?

3. Do you think a 14 year old girl should be allowed to have an abortion without even notifying her parents when schools aren't even permitted to give out aspirin for a headache?

I could think of dozens of questions I'd like to hear their views on. Instead we get "Do you prefer pearls or diamonds?"

They should just give up any pretense of objectivity and openly promote their precious Democrats. I might actually pay attention to them as at least I would be hearing what they truly think, not their phony “above the fray” pretensions.

This next question is for Sen. Clinton: Do you prefer socialism or communism?

It's amazing that in this day and age, with everything that's ever been put on the internet about people available via Google, that CNN thinks that they can get away with passing these Democrat operatives off as "just ordinary folks" undecided voters. They tried to sneak "Maria Luisa" through without her last name, but even that didn't work.

And when even the New York Times and Daily Kos are calling CNN out over this, it has to be pretty blatant.

No wonder I don't even bother watching CNN or MSNBC when I want news.

Get used to it. And the media will gladly help get the Clinton’s back in office. This is the most manipulative woman in the world — the media, the nutbags, and the liberals are all enablers.

Oh, I know, I've been in the media for over 25 years and I can't even begin to begin to count how many times I've had to bite my lip at a meeting when all concerned made some sick anti-conservative remark followed by hyena-like laughter or smug and disgusted scowls.

There is one hope, provided that they don't get some kind of dirt on him (and God knows they must be trying like mad, it's the Clinton way): if Giuliani gets the nod he's tough enough to talk straight and.... AND... suddenly, out of nowhere, he'll be saying things to Hillary that even her handlers won't have prepared her for. Despite all the supposed fawning, I have a feeling that in terms of her support, while the numbers are meaningful, the actual fabric of the support is threadbare. After all, half of the country hates her already.

Still, I hope someday I won't feel alone saying the following: everyone should start making very loud noises pointing out the democrat candidates cowardice in their refusal debate on the Fox News Channel, because it's a win-win for conservatives if the noise gets loud enough; Either they feel the pressure to debate on Fox where they get tough questions which is very good for us, or they look not inappropriately like cowards and convince that election-turning five percent that the democrats are not ready to lead because they're afraid of a simple News Network in their own country, which is also very good for us.

After reading the comments here and following the HotAir feature I had to wonder to what extent this has always gone on but never revealed before the independent media that is the Internet. It is an eloborate program of propaganda hidden within the "peasantry." The far-left has been engaged in the same activity since the 50's and that game is called Conversion to Communism. It is classic communist dogma; control the media, control the schools, make the populace dependent on government for everything.

Thank God for the internet (even if Algore invented it).

Why don't they just drop the sham debates and the sham town hall meetings and go to a format their base can relate to like reality TV or maybe a game show, sort of like Who Wants to be a Millionaire. Hillary would get extra lifelines of course.

So, CNN screens and approves the questions from specific people DAYS in advance of the debate. From the standpoint of questions asked, the whole thing was scripted.

Then, CNN, having the questions, can, in advance, decide who will receive a specific question.

What do you think the chances are of someone giving one or more campaigns an "advance" copy of the questions they will be asked?

If nothing else, the whole plan is ripe for abuse. There is certainly the appearance of impropriety here, which is something that I thought would be avoided at all costs with respect to the stakes involved.

My bet is that the questions leaked prior to the debate, and not to all participants.

Knowing that Ronald Reagan so respected the Oval
Office that he never took his coat off while in there, I
was so naive when Slick Willy was caught with his pants down, that I expected him to resign. That was
before I "grew up" and really realized just how corrupt
these two people actually are. I listened to them smear
everyone that came forward and I listened to Geraldo
(the Spitter) Rivera with his everyone lies about sex
and his wink, wink, nudge, nudge attitude.
No, everyone doesn't lie about sex and this man was engaging in adulterous sex in OUR HOUSE, and
she condones his actions or she would have divorced him in Arkansas. These are the people that want to be back in our house and you know that they will respect it just as much as they did the
first time!
