Sedition in Olympia: Snivelers on parade
The anti-military, anti-law enforcement thugs were out protesting again in Olympia. The good news: It doesn’t look like any babies were dropped on their heads today. But it does look like some of the young adults in attendance may be suffering some long-term effects of being dropped on their heads when they were toddlers. Photojournalist/blogger Byron Dazey was there. Check out his report and pics. A sample:

Related: Vigilant Sondra K notes a local Olympia poll on the p.r. failure of the seditious demonstrations. Guess planting kids in front of trucks carrying military equipment or pouring concrete on railroad tracks isn’t winning over people in the Pacific Northwest, either.

The local paper the Olympiad had pics of the protest.
This guy wins the smartazz award for the “Gotcha” pic
Israeli Bulldozers
OPD didn’t brutalize that jerk enough. Why don’t you wear your Che hat at a Chavez protest?
If you go and veiw some of the video on my see think you can see that guy.
they were definately provking the police
Olympia protest videos
There’s such a lack of originality among these dullards. Indeed, the liberal gene pool must be very shallow.
Two words:
Pepper spray
Two more words:
Taze ‘em
Can we just expat these guys to Venezuela? They’d fit right in.
“Bad-A$$ B*****s for Peace”?
Yeah. You bad.
Maybe you gals ought to help that poor thenthitive guy with the sign before somebody steals his lunch money and yanks on his beard?
William, that was one brave dude…
Mine would have said “Feel free to taze these yahoos”
And that video is amusing on many levels… “Video! Video!! *Cops spray them all*”
It’s cute how they think the cops need an order to clear a public way.
Call me a fascist, but there should be some kind of test these geniuses have to take before they leave the house.
A test before they can leave the house? Why punish the house? What did it do to deserve these nit-wits to have to stay home all day?
And let us not forget what Comrade Heroes Lenin, Mau, Stalin etc etc et al did with all of the “useful” protesters once they obtained power boys and girls. The protesters and other “useful idiots” were the first ones lined up against the wall and shot.
I wonder if they teach that part in their Marxist theory class?
Grungy clothes - check.
Crayon written sign - check.
Stalin era beard (men and women) - check.
China.
Venezuela.
If this country was anything close to what these people make it out to be, they’d have been mowed down by M-60s. Somewhere within their thick skulls is a fragmented file which-if put back together-would yield clarity of thought, possibly even in the case of that hairball with the OPD who shows no signs of injury. You can’t really blame him, in a way…every terrorist prisoner claims to be victim of circumstance and/or abuse/torture, and the Stalinist media and jerks like Nat Hentoff eat it right up, so why shouldn’t these seditionists employ the same tactic?
OT, but I had to share: Remember the ‘Buckwheat’ brouhaha? Heh.
Come on, Proud Gulf War Vet!! We use M240s on them, now.
I just saw a video on HotAir with a bunch of moonbats dressed as clowns who were running around making monkey noises and chanting and all I could think of was “Lord of the Flies.” These people are all entirely out of control! They say the neo-cons can’t think for themselves, but who is it chanting mindless mantras over and over and over???
It’s out of control!!!
Oh yeah, one other thing - apparently they’ve had yet another election in the Seattle area where the conservative side was winning until, all of a sudden, thousands of absentee ballots came pouring into King County that all voted left. I find it downright scary, how are these nutjobs getting all of their fake votes into the system?? All elections over there are becoming absolute jokes!
A method of determent used many years ago. Use the ‘conspiracy laws’ to impound their vehicles while they are breaking the law. Not unlike the laws used to confiscate drug dealers’ cars or DUI drivers’. I wonder how many full size 4-runners you’d end up with.
When does the rock fall on the fat one?
LOL! Pardon my nostalgia…it’s been 16 years for me.
Why, back in my day an M-60 was plenty good enough! You young whipper-snappers got it easy now!
Traitors on parade.
Democratic Election War Cry: “Count Every Vote; Every Vote Counts!” Code phrase meaning Democratic vote fraud! Illegals, dual state residents (happens in FL all the time — snow birds maintain house up north in one spouse’s name, and a house in FL in the other spouse’s name), duplicates, felons, and dead people! Count every vote, twice!
Apparently the ol’ pig was too heavy.
Pansies…
Larry Mosqueda, professor at Evergreen, organizer, the new Ward Churchill.
He only wishes he could by as ethically bankrupt as Comrade Churchill.
Perhaps our friends in Olympia have forgotten a word in their sacred First Amendment (you know, the kind applied to their protests, but not those who wish to address state lawmakers over abortion).
That word: peaceably!
But maybe that’s their intent? Wait until someone really gets hurt, and then blame George W. Bush, global climate change, el Nino, and George W. Bush.
Speaking of protests, the latest news out of Jacksonville is the new movie being shot here, called Recount. It’s supposed to be a crockumentary about Florida in 2000. They just can’t get past it. And it’s as if they are still running against Bush, who won’t even be in this election
It’ll be released in the summer, during the heat of the election season. Look for it on DVD in the 2-for-$10 bin a few weeks later.
I wonder if the girl in the bottom picture realizes that ‘dumb’ is not spelled b-a-d? Usefull illiterate idiots indeed…
Looks like fat, bearded boy was brutalized by Mother Nature before the OPD got their hands on him.
These people are consumed by hate in their myopic little ignorant world. Look at the expression of hate written all over the face of one of the twins at protest and then take a peek at the gal supporting the troops, the contrast is telling indeed. Nothing more than a gathering of adolesence, losers all of them. It’s obivious that some of them hit the concrete hard when they were dropped as toddlers.
They’re so upset because even with three chances to cheat (”recounts”) they still lost. It shows how inept and slow they are. They do learn, though. Now they just need absentee ballots.
Paleassse!!!
Much to early to be looking at filthy, ugly, ignorant moonbats.
Where’s my coffee? Need my coffee.
This is an excellent demonstration of the negative effects of long-term drug use.
What scares me is these mental midgets have the right to vote. If you have to take a test to drive a car (unless you are an illegal invader) why should you not have a test to prove you know enough how the Government works to vote. It amazes me how elections are more and more rigged in the Peoples Republic of Washington. You don’t like the results recount until you win.
It’s not that the M-60 was that heavy, but it took a couple of guys to lug the ammo for you too. Only got to fire one once back in the day when I was a young Airmen. I would hate to of been on the receiving end of it.
The Government works?
Picture #2. Guy with beard goes by name of northwestboy, cousin of someone near and dear to us.
Boomer, gulfwar, and armored cav. M-60’s would have worked just fine, but my favorite has to be the Quad 50’s mounted on the deuce and a half.
Back in the 80s when I was TDY to Osan AB, Korea I saw the ROK guys using these for airbase defense. They work pretty could against a massed attack infantry too I’ve been told by my father-in-law when he was fighting the Chinese in the 1950s.
One Word,
Nasty!!!!
Man has a point there…
And I’d pay money to watch these people stare down a Ma Deuce as a round was racked into the chamber. Don’t fire on them, but get some steely-eyes SGT to give them a good stare-down.
And honestly, if I was one of those truckers, I’d get within inches of them, and just lean on my horn…
Pump a couple rounds into the air from Ma Deuce, then follow the brown streaks back to the moonbat’ homes.
Gunny Ermey would do just fine.
Trucker’s horn - how about the “Deathmobile” from the parade at the end of Animal House?
Hey, the small sign in the second picture….. is OPD shorthand for Mother Nature?
I saw a dumpster in a few of the photos used by the moonbats to block traffic. Why not just throw a few moonbats in and secure the top? Then hitch it to the back of one of the rigs and let them tow it down I-5. Remember the dog in the movie Vacation? ‘Nuff said.
John
I have a trailer hithc. I’ll drive
Anyone here ever read Lee Harris’s Al Qaeda’s Fantasy Ideology?
The part that’s relevant here is Harris’s description of a war protester back in the Vietnam era:
I think a lot of these are acting out their Marxist fantasy here.
Are these folks Americans or Canadian green card holders?
Cany anyone say B A R? The Browning Automatic Rifle was too heavy, a pig and definitely something you wanted on your side in a firefight. We had the M60 when I was in too but I got a chance to fire the BAR. That was still a rush. The M60 was a baby next to that one.
I am very familiar with the M-2 .50 caliber (M-2 being why they call it Ma Deuce) and think it is a fine outstanding piece of equipment. 7300 bucks and I would love a Barrett Fifty just as much I am sure. Never saw a quad .50 but I saw many quad-mount 40MM AA guns. They were quite the tool to have against aircraft or massed infantry. Not so good in the woods where I was but still would have loved to played with one.
The dirty hippie thinks OPD brutalized him? Isn’t that what they are doing to the troops? OPD should have given him the Abner Louima treatment!
To ArmoredCav, Tim, WarTip, Proud Gulf War Vet, Swj, ACHefty, David, et al, when you guys get to talking about the weaponry and various service related stuff you all are so familiar with…I don’t understand half of what you are saying but I sure do enjoy reading it! I feel so safe. Thanks!
You guys make me proud to be an American.
Now that I have gotten my Monday “suck-up” out of the way.
These people really do live sheltered lives. Brutality?? They wouldn’t know brutality if…
Two more words:
Rubber bullets
OT: Congrats Soap!
WHy do so many of these type protest razors as well?
Proud Gulf War Vet. Whippersnapper, I ain’t!! I had already been a weapons squad leader with the best two M60s in my company and gotten out for a four year break….Before the Gulf War!! I have Soldiers working for me who were born after I first came in. Given my current environment, I prefer an M240B over an M2 and definitely over a pig. Just my opinion. I’d love a quad .50, though.
Regards,
Thanks 30!
There is no substitute for Victory!
The scum in Olympia are throwbacks to the Carter era of groveling and appeasement.
Do they think Iran really cares about them and their “views” about war?
Poor little quislings.
Isolationists, Liberal Internationalists or Realists?
“I was brutalized by OPD”. You don’t think they made him bathe do you????? The horror, the horror…..
Way wrong - those were the Chicago Bears playing in Seattle…

Originally said by a better man than I, but I firmly believe that if someone can’t terrain associate at a running trot, they shouldn’t be allowed out of the house anyway.
In regards to the woman in the last picture: She misspelled “moron”. It’s one word, not three.
Nah, Private Snuffy just prefers a weapon that fires reliably, all the time. Believe me, given the chance, you would trade in all your “oink oink” nostalgia for a good 240 Bravo. They make quick work of a Vespa speeding down an alley.
Funny ~ that moon faced liberal chick thinks she’s a bad ass bitch? Bring it, libtard. I will show you a real bad ass bitch and so will our military.
“Brutalized”?!? Please! We had rougher treatment during our exposure to CS gas in Boot Camp. If this nitwit had been brutalized, he’d be eating his turkey dinner through a straw.
That’s exactly why I have such a hard time believing any of them are anything close to being “Bad A$$”.You blow on them and they cry.
Attempting to block essential supplies that keep our troops safe is precisely what liberals mean when they claim ‘they support the trooops’.
It just is an unspoken understanding between liberals that the ‘troops’ they refer to in this claim are NOT those of the US or Coalition forces.
It is a fascinating liberal cognitive dissonance to see libs using babies in an effort to kill more US troops, then turning around and calling the troops ‘babykillers’
You guys are all talking about taking them out with M-60’s and what nots and you are all way off. A simple bar of soap would do far more damage to these idiots than any automatic rifle any day. It is clearly obvious to anyone that soap and water and yes, even the most basic disposable razor is like garlic to vampires to these losers. One prota-shower and you would have these shipping lanes clear for a long time.
I was encouraged in the videos to see the police finally doing something. It did my heart so much good to see the one cop spraying the big can of pepper spray like so much deodorant across the crowd. The chanting of how they were all so non-violent escaped me. Did they think that if they chant that, then they will not get arrested? And what is with the cheering as someone gets dragged off? When I was raised, I was raised to think that getting arrested was something to not only avoid at all costs, but that it was something to be incredibly embarrassed of. It definately was not something that you would cheer about.
I also am glad that I was not there for the person that was shouting at the lady about taking 5 minutes away from her life. I am afraid i would have been ashamed myself as I would have been arrested for punching that pice of filth in the neck the first time he opened his gop. It was bad enough that he was with the idiots throwing private property into the street, but then to taunt the people, well that wouuld have been the line with me.
Anyway, watching all these brave protesters who are standing up for their beliefs run like the little cowards they are when the police come calling made me laugh. If they are so secure in their beliefs and so set in what they are intending to do, then why are they running? Is it because they are all cowards and not fit to lick the bottoms of the boots of the very sldiers whose memories they disgrace with their filth? WHy yes, I do believe that is what it is.
Oh, and don’t even get me started on how offensive it is that the parents of that kid have him wearing a fire helmet. There are a great many in the service who feel the same way.
Actually, I don’t think anyone’s said such a thing at all. Here’s my first comment which led to the subject of machine guns (not the idea of using such weapons against these pathetic malcontents)for the edification of anyone who might’ve been led here by a search engine:
While your comments (64 and 65) are otherwise on the money, please consider that bots troll this wonderful site-why would they not? And imagine what the Quiche Overbites of the media world could make of your interpretation of the banter about weaponry-not the contemplation of the employment of such weapons against unarmed anti-troop nitwits, a notion I haven’t seen suggested.
I don’t imagine Michelle would get in ‘real’ trouble over this, but that doesn’t mean someone wouldn’t try. Just, y’know, food for thought. I hated to risk calling attention to this at all, but since I started it I thought I ought to provide perspective for the benefit of the bots. As Mark Levin would say, thank me!
Again, a great comment but…just in case you didn’t know, skye, this is equipment returning from OIF-not being shipped out. Which is what makes this whole thing utterly ridiculous.
proudgulfwarvet65, in case you were not aware, the organization behind this protest has been attempting to block this port since 2006:
Olympia Port Militarization Resistance (OlyPMR) was founded in May of 2006 when Olympia peace activists attempted to block outgoing Strykers and other military equipment in advance of the deployment of the 3rd Brigade Stryker Team from Ft. Lewis. Activists united under the banner of Olympia Port Militarization Resistance, declaring a common mission to “end our community’s participation in the illegal occupation of Iraq by stopping the military use of the Port of Olympia.”
In this protest, the equipment was being returning - however, OPMR’s stated goal is to STOP all military shipments -either incoming or outgoing.
My assessment still stands. I hope this helps clear your confusion over this situation.
Again, my recommendation was for a bar of soap. That is the extent of any threat I have ever made.
