Sorry didnt read all the responses so if I mimic someone else I apologize. This is not just a management problem, but an immigration problem as many legal and/or US Americans would not let this go or do this sort of behaviour knowing the health issues and probability of losing their jobs if health inspectors find out and shut down the place.

But I agree that most of the responsibility falls under the management/owners of these establishments as they are looking for corners to cut by hiring illegals in the first place.

You are free to spout off most any sort of ridiculous crap in this forum. But that doesn’t mean that anyone has to take it seriously.

Here's a tissue. You failed to make your argument. You dismissed mine. What's left?

Inane? Crap? Try your logic: We are against "A". "A" begets "B". Therefore, "B" is inane crap.

Chapo- you had your lunch eaten on almost every thread here because you dealt with the minute aspects of arguments and tried to condemn the argument based on that.

In the future, when you return under a different name, remember to reflect the argument back- and dissect rather than dismiss.

Your courteous flatulence will be replaced by some other newcomer.

You know what bear. I am done too. I had started to write a long post demonstrating just how inane your posts were, how when all of the sudden people were called to task on their comments their arguments suddenly shift and everyone takes this "oh no that's not what I meant", how you yet again ignore the fact that no one was arguing against illegal immigration, just on what we say as an unreasonable basis to support it, the childish name calling and hyperbole, thrown around, and in general the inability to see past anything but your blind, furious rage that MM does a fine job of feeding.

You are right, this is not a courtroom. You are free to spout off most any sort of ridiculous crap in this forum. But that doesn't mean that anyone has to take it seriously. And thankfully the nation is waking up to the horror that was the last seven years of nutcases like you running it and are starting to ignore you as I shall.

Have fun shaking your little fist in fury as the idiocy and hatemongering propogated here falls further and further in into irrelevancy.

Mods or whoever, feel free to take my registration and give it to some MM sycophant. It is clear that is all that the rest of this board can handle, either intellectually or in maturity.

People on this thread who chastised Michelle Malkin for making "offensive" suggestions that Mexican workers spread disease are flat wrong--- all they can do is argue that if Michelle Malkin cannot prove on the spot how much each individual Mexican who has migrated illegally to this country accounts for in total disease spread to the public, then she cannot say anything at all about the problem, not even on a case by case basis (as she has in reporting individual cases of rape, murder, drunk driving manslaughter---all by illegal migrants.)

I am adding to this thread way after it is over because I had to work and didn't have the time to trace every argument offered by liberal trolls who are doing their "best" to take down a credible and reputable conservative blog.

So this is my part in trying to disrupt that effort.

They will not pass. I will never submit.

Now, let the weekend begin.

And here is a little capstone for this love fest of a thread.

From the Center for Immigration Studies:
"Increasing the Risk for the Spread of Communicable Diseases. Because they often do not receive routine preventive care and often seek out medical attention only when their condition is more serious, the uninsured unintentionally extend the period of time the public is exposed to communicable diseases. This problem is of particular concern among immigrants, because most come from developing countries where communicable diseases are more common. "

Only 13.9 per cent of the native born population (including kids)of the US is uninsured medically--- despite the hoo ha published by the Dhimmicrats.

That is the problem, your assumptions, and is exactly what I was explaining in post #107. Taking what was displayed in the video, and making your assumptions, is lazy analyis, and lazy, and offensive shenangans by MM. I too am against illegal immigration, but to quote someone who summed up this garbabe of a blog perfectly

And this "gem" from #107:

To imply that this type of grosteque behavior is unique to illegal immigrants or particularly hispanic ones is terribly, patently offensive.

Buck, go wipe your sniveling nose. You are soooooo offended. What are you doing here? Trying to referee and make a privately owned political blog more "humane"? Take a hike.

What was implied? What is clearly outlined is that Illegal Immigration is *contributing* to a huge problem that is escalating: disease outbreaks. Any population scientist will tell you that mass migrations of people spread disease.

Well, news flash: here is one way that it happens.

If the expose was on hicks from southern Idaho working at the Motel 6, well I guess we would be concluding the same.

But we aren't talking about 30,000,000 hicks from Idaho moving all around the country and saturating an employment niche in the USA, now are we?

Your assertion, that something implied is offensive, is nothing but PC crap for consumption by critics of Michelle Malkin.

Here's another news flash: this post I am making has a better chance of showing up around the blogosphere than your tinsel because it has substance in discussion of the PROBLEM--- not liberal moon loon parlor tricks.

Again, in case you missed it, Bucky, my assumptions are not the problem. The problem is 30,000,000 Mexican Nationals here illegally.

The impacts on our system are real. Do you pay taxes, Buck? Do you pay public school taxes, Buck? Have you seen what they are paying for? Do you have state penitentiaries, Buck? Do you have nearly 30 per cent of your incarcerants that are Mexican nationals? Do you illegal workers contracting and then ditching their clients after the job is half done?

They are not all saints, Buck. And the number who are not is growing. That is a fact.

But why is the burden of proof on people like me to prove jack squat about the problem to do nothings like you--- the pompously pious ones who are "offended" by something implied.

Now what part of trend analysis do you not understand? People trend in ways that define certain demographics that are estimable quantities. This way of bean counting (no pun intended in reference to the Mexicans in question or that precious nubbin between your shoulders)saves money and time counting people, what types of jobs they have and where they have them.

The problem is your bleeding heart obsession with holding anybody with a differing opinion to the standard of having to be exactly right about every individual human being here illegally.

This is not a court. It is a discussion of political realities--- and being offended and morally aghast by people with more guts than you is all you got.

Get a grip on reality, Hombre. 30,000,000 people here on the sneak have gravitated into two key industries: hospitality and domestic services. That is the trend. And it is a perfectly humane estimation to make that if I walk into any of those Alpharetta Georgia hotels, that over 2/3rds are going to scram or walk away if i start asking for their papers.

Deal with it. Safe assumption.

The racist assumption is the one made by people on this thread that criticize reasonable positions like mine, and suggest that every single Mexican national here in violation of our laws is to be protected from any kind of scrutiny.

That is putting some kind of liberal racist mantle of moral impunity on a vast number of human beings who put their pants and shoes on just like I do, warts and all.

And frankly, it's an ignorant obsession. It gave American Indians the "noble savage ethos" that is a repugnant lie. It gives Asian the "model minority" myth to live up to.

So step off with your cheap, loathsome arguments that prove nothing except that you are too dull to figure out what you've been swimming in all your life.

The video was presented on a specific topic that some Americans don't have the stomach to confront. They want it nice and neat and "fair".

Got news for ya, Bubz: illegal employment of migrants from Mexico and the means and decisions to come here illegally in the first place is a nasty, corrupt business proposition.

Disregard for our basic laws doesn't suggest respect for many others, the least of which is sanitation and hygeine in corporate owned restaurants and bed chambers.

Do you have the stats on how many of these jobs are occupied by illegal workers? By American citizens?

The video illustrates how at least 8,000,000 illegal workers might be part of the problem. Is it all the video is doing? Nope. It illustrated the corporate management part of the problem. Two dimensions. Isn't that offensive? Or do things that are beyond implying simply not offend you?

Thanks for letting me knock your lazy liberal obsession out of the park. And don't waste my time trying to pose me as some kind of racist-by-innuendo because you can't argue your way out of a paper bag in defining the basic problem the video is about in the first place. Along with the rest of your ilk who hang out here trying to discredit a blog.

Go collect your Media Matters paycheck and eat your "picked by a Mexican" baby green salad.

I think it is safe to say the women in the video are Latinas. It is a safe assumption that these women are illegals given the employment demographic and the geographic location.

You have taken a perfectly sane, rational policy – i.e., if you would like to come into and/or stay in our country, please do so legally – and tethered it to an intensely hateful, deeply paranoid strain of xenophobia, pandering to the nastiest, ugliest underbelly of American politics.

Exactly.

You have taken a perfectly sane, rational policy – i.e., if you would like to come into and/or stay in our country, please do so legally – and tethered it to an intensely hateful, deeply paranoid strain of xenophobia, pandering to the nastiest, ugliest underbelly of American politics.

Exactly.

Dakine and Chapo- i always operated under the impression that to have a debate, and to declare a winner, that your opponent had to be present.

I signed off well before you began your magic.

I wished I'd been here to witness it.

Really. Touche Goulet!

An open post to all posters and chapoutier:

Question:
please show me one post, just one, where I or dakine have resorted to name calling?

I would like to direct that statement (your honors) to your following postings by chapoutier...

But own up to your prejudices.

Come on. We all know the issue here is a peon worker who is trying to cut corners. In all likelihood, her bosses have showed her exactly what to do and she knows exactly what she should do with a dirty glass. She chooses not to do it because of laziness. Now, from this one can assume that:

Again, and read this slowly because it is subtle

That is why they make you “show your work” in math class.

You might actually have a legitimate argument there. You just need to connect the dots a bit more.

Well I feel certain that I am smarter than you.

Well, looks like name calling wasn't necessary for you, was it ? Calling someone a moron, or a weasel, IMHO is far less offensive then the statements you have purposely worded as an underlying insult to me - then parading yourself about like are above reproach.

You minus well have saved yourself the key strokes because what you were really calling me was, Racist, Rube, Lazy, Uneducated, and Stupid. But, you are dumb as a fox on that, right?

Just because you make it sound pretty, doesn't make you above your own rules regarding "ad homonym attacks" and "epithets" thrown out at others. I would submit that when one actually spends time on fashioning a statement to belittle someone, it would seem this may be a lot more disparaging than an occasional moron here or weasel there.

And NOW, I am done with you.

RE Mookie's statement above...

Cookie...you've almost got it...just go read the posts above and "connect the dots", pumpkin! We are all pulling for you…..
