Personally, I think that there is a list of excuses now. If an excuse doesn’t fly, just
move on too another. I wouldn’t be surprised to find that the kids thought this
couple were pedophiles they’d seen pictured on the net and that one of them tried
to grab one of the children.
That is how farfetched their excuses have been so far, so I think we’ll only hear
more and more outlandish made up excuses for why this was done, which means,
they knew it was wrong and still know it was wrong!!!!

That’s right…I can see it now. These 9 angelic choir children, fresh out of Bible class were sitting on the bus, all on their way to the ice cream shop to buy themsilve a special treat for having memorized the Ten Commandments so well, when suddenly, these two mean white people began to harrass them. First, the mean old white woman came up to them and spit on them, calling them viscious names. When they nicely asked her to stop, for they had done nothing to her, the two only laughed, joined in at this time by a very mean looking elderly woman, who began to egg them on. The elderly womn told the couple that the 9 reminded them of some children her family had once owned on their plantation oh so long ago and told stories of what they used to do to them. This further enflamed the situation, and made the 9 innocent children feel worse, decreasing their sense of self-worth to the breaking point as the three evil white devils laghed and laughed, echoing in the children’s minds maniacally. Soon, the voices began, telling the children that something muct be done to end this harassment. It just would not stop, no matter how much they begged, cried and pleaded with the evil white devils to stop laughing, ridiculing and spitting on them.

When one of the boys rose to tell the bus driver of what was occurring in the back of the bus (obviously where they belonged in the first place) that was when the whaite man drew his huge Bowie knife, brandishing it and held it under the chin of the boy, threatening to cut him a “new smile” if he didn;t sit down and do what whas good for him. Well, there is only so much anyone can take. that was when these poor, poor children just snapped. the voices of 400 hundred years of white oppression yelled into their heads at once to attack, and attack they did, lashing out at their white oppressors. They only did what any strong black man or woman would do in the face of such white oppressors. They were obviously only fighting for their lives. After all, they were spit on and had a knife flashed at them.

And I swear to God officer, that is exactly what my children told me. I don’t understand why you arrested my children and let those white devils go free.

Yeah, call me a racist, but how mch you want to bet that the explaination went something like that…only without the added satire.

I think it’s pretty clear where this is going to go. They are going to basically get away with it *because they are black*
They will be given community service and probably minimal sentences (if any).

In a current FoxNews story, they are quoting Rep. Elija Cummings along with the Mayor of Baltimore (the news article noted that both are black). Cummings statement apparently is
“The physical assault of any human being, regardless of motivation, is conduct that is unacceptable. As police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this terrible crime, we must rise together as a community to take a stand against violence toward any of our neighbors,”

It’s pretty obvious that they don’t consider it a hate crime at all. One can only imagine what the same statement would look like if it had been white “kids” attacking a black woman.

So apparently, in the United States, not only are all white people racist, and not only are white people the only ones capable of discrimination and hate crimes against others, it is apparent now that white people are the only ones to whom the law applies to. Apparently everyone else is free to rape, murder, steal, or whatever they wish, so long as they are not white.

I listened to the black female reporter when she was talking about this, she seemed to
be really treading lightly when she was talking about the attack. I kept waiting for her
to break into a rendition of it’s all whitey’s fault. It was like she was holding back and I
notice that the black male reporter seemed to think she had more to say.
I could be projecting here, but I doubt it because I try very hard to wait for the evidence
and the tape from the bus had not been seen at that point. Nor had anyone apparently
heard from the bus driver or the elderly female passenger.

A. They are smart enough to pick their battles & the cat is out of the bag already so they can’t win this one. (I am surprised that media didn’t spin this from the start).

B. There is no money to be made here.

But I would love to see them try…

I just cannot understand what made her slam her face and body again and
again into their fists and feet. This must be what happened since white people
are always the cause of black peoples troubles.
And no, I’m not a racist. I am being sarcastic because this is exactly what I
almost expect to hear by the time the Reverends get through with this crime.
What was the defense of some black criminals? Black anger and frustration from
the 1800s forward? This also will be brought up if needed. It’s like the don’t
turn police dogs loose on black fugitives because it reminds them too much of
dogs tracking slaves. When did anyone alive today ever witness dogs tracking
slaves? This is how facetious some arguments get.

I'm not sure if any posters here are familiar with La Shawn Barber's Corner, but I have been reading her for a while now....she has some very good insight into cases such as this. As of today she has been quiet on this case but if you read some of her opinions in her archives I think you will find she knows exactly what she is talking about. She is a strong woman with sound views. I eagerly await her commentary on this case.

A Plea Agreement? This will not stop these animals from living a better life than their victim.
