Video of the day: Quietly protesting Sean Penn at SFSU

By Michelle Malkin  •  December 10, 2007 06:21 PM

No throwing pies. No rushing the stage. No shouting. Just one student and his signs vs. Sean Penn and Kucinich moonbats:

LGF has video shot at a different angle. The SFSU Republicans blog is here.

Next time, bring a “Nitwit” sign, too:

Sterophonic thinkers? WTF? What does that even mean? And did I hear him correctly? Was he actually doing what I think I heard him doing? Do we have an actual video of a treasonous act? Was Sean “That was my skull, I’m so wasted” Penn calling for the President, Vice President, Former Secretary of Defence and the Secretary of State to be bound by hand and foot, have a hood placed over their heads and SHOT? Now, correct me if I am wrong, I have been known to be on a rare occasion, but if I am not mistaken, that goes far beyond Freedom of Speech into an actual crime. He was actually calling for the assassination of the leaders of this country and calling the Democrats in Congress cowards for not doing it and making sure it was done.

This is what this country wants? Is this really the way supposedly 1/2 of the country feels? For what reason? Because we were attacked? We get attacked by uvulating freaks that want to return us to caves and tents and so Bush must die? This is just not making sense to me in any way at all. Did they put something in the pot at some point that these hippies smoked? I think it really should be looked into because something has really scrambled their grapes up bad.

I mean, for people to be listening to these idiots in Hollywood talk about Geo-political happenings and taking their opiions as something to base their politics on in general shows that there was some bad acid going around but come on…this has just reached insanity…pure, unadulterated insanity.

I admire that guy. He could’ve easily been punched out or pushed down. Good thing he was tall. Brave man. But, of course, they couldn’t handle seeing that sign, so they tried and tried to tear it down, cover it up. So much for free speach.

I liked the 2nd sign better.

I also wonder if this brave student will have negative consequences at grade time. I had that happen to me but it only made me stronger in my convictions that liberals in academia are people who cannot function in society and their sole purpose is to train little teachbots like themselves to indoctrinate the masses (which seems to be working) although I fought the good fight for 17 years. I wish the liberal lunatics at Columbia would take notice of how to protest without being an a–.
I used to like Sean Penn but now I can’t even watch “Fast Times at Ridgemont High” or “Taps” anymore. With all the money Penn has, one would think he could afford some soap.

I just hope other actors keep their mouths shut before they ruin it for me too.

I pick and choose my battles. I do not see certain films, and I do not buy certain music, or download them. After all, the goal is to punish them, not punish myself.

Back in the 80’s, I was boycotting damn near everything. It got to where about all I could eat or drink was ice cubes. If it wasn’t against Appartheid it was against nukes or some other ridiculousness. I finally said screw it and decided that only certain things were worth while. Everyone teases me because I am so picky about what we see. There are certain

When an actor stands up and calls for the deaths of certain people, just because he
doesn’t believe in their political stances has gone over the edge and does need to be seriously watched. I cannot believe that so many in Hollywood, most of them
nowhere close to having even normal iq’s much less being big brains, seem to think
that just because Hollywood pays them big bucks, this somehow endows them with
super powers when it comes to their political opinions.
Most of them cannot relate to people in their own stratosphere much less the average joe on the street. They live in a rarified atmosphere that most of us will
never experience and they have forgotten what their lives were like before the
    limelight.
Most of them are just high priced doofuses ( doofi?). What is the plural for doofus?

I’ll concede that there are some good writers, directors, and actors out there. Unfortunately, those that are pro American, are few and far between.

The last really great movie I paid for was “Gardens of Stone” (Coppola directed it). Have to admit, at the end when the bagpipes started playing, I had tears in my eyes.

Perhaps, I’ll reconsider my position in the future. But for now, I’ll wait for something good to come out that doesn’t bash either my country or my beliefs (I’ll probably be waiting a while).

There are others, but some are just stupid and are harmless and I can tolerate them. There have been some truly phenominal films out as of late, especially thanks to the latest CGI techniques, and if you haven’t been to the theatres since “Gardens of Stone” you are truly missing out on a great deal of fantastic cinema.

Mark Cuban was smiling and acting like what great supporter of the Troops he is, honest I am not making this up. Remember O’Reilly encouraged the Mav Fans to bring posters to the Mav games stating “We Support the Troops” I do. The thing is Mark Cuban isn’t giving up anything his regular seat holders are the ones that are being generous to the wounded soldiers. I don’t get why CNN didn’t ask Cuban anything about his anti military Bomb Redacted? They just played along like what a great guy Mark Cuban is and for what reason would I think Mark Cuban is a great guy after he funded “Redacted” Gag Me. No one is picking up on this in the MSM.
