All the while, they were keeping plenty of room for the 19 French gourmet meals (and a one Mr. Ben Affleck) awaiting them on their chartered bus. For the intellectually curious, the 5-Star lunch prepared by Chef Michael Dederick from Nikola’s Restaurant at the Newburgh Yacht Club, consisted of shrimp vindallo, grilled diver sea scallops, prosciutto-wrapped stuffed chicken, and steak salad. A wonderful time was had by all. In particular, Silky Pony and Mr. Affleck experienced the prosciutto-wrapped stuffed chicken to be 'tres magnifique.' However, John and Teresa Heinz-Kerry found the shrimp vindallo to clash with the audacious aftertaste of the gin-soaked raisins.
