They weren't allowed to lay wreaths on the graves because they didn't have enough wreaths for every grave. But they did give honor and respect to those that are buried there. Maybe next year they can get a sponsor to help them get enough wreaths for all the fallen warriors that are there. My father is buried there, and it meant a great deal to my mother that they did it.
