Hollyweird Hugo Chavez Fan Club: Oliver Stone signs up
Because there aren’t enough moonbat celebrity losers hanging around Venezuela:
American filmmaker Oliver Stone praised President Hugo Chavez on Friday as the Venezuelan leader launched a mission to airlift three hostages held by leftist rebels out of Colombia’s jungles.
Stone, standing near Chavez, said he was working on a film and hoped to accompany the humanitarian operation into Colombia.
“I’m doing a documentary about Latin America and also about North America. You have to wait around to see it,” Stone told reporters. He said he planned to take part in the mission, calling it a “beautiful, great process.”
“I’m hoping it works. I’m all for this,” Stone said.
The Oscar-winning director, who made a 2003 documentary about Cuban President Fidel Castro as well as the movie “Platoon,” called Chavez a “great man” and said “I’m a fan.”
Urging Stone to speak with reporters, Chavez told him in accented English: “The girls want to see you!” He joked that Stone was President Bush’s “envoy.”
“There are some good Americans. That’s why I’m here, to remind you,” Stone said.

Let’s boycott films for about a year and teach Hollywood that they aren’t as important as they think they are. True, they have great jobs and make more money than most Americans, but that’s it. So what?
Many of them are socially inept, acting in life as they do on film. Watch Tom Cruise on Inside the Actor’s Studio where he’s interviewed. He is so incapable of just talking, you feel sorry for him. Same with Robin Williams. He can’t stop making a jerk out of himself over and over. He thinks he’s funny all the time and he’s disgusting.
Watch A Night in the Museum with Ben Stiller and you’ll puke. What kind of imbecile put the stamp of approval on this piece of garbage? Stiller should be embarrassed. He must have been paid a bonus for the demeaning role.
Supporting Hugo Chavez shows how desperately flawed some of these people get when they live the Hollywood life.

I have such utter contempt for Hollywood that it is hard for me to find anything they produce worth seeing. I believe the Lord of the Rings series was the last time we went to the movies. The list of actors I won’t watch constantly grows but actually that is no big deal…none of them are making any movies we want to see anyway. I will not support America haters.
I myself cannot listen to, watch anything coming from these fools. Obviously my movie going came to a screeching halt a number of yrs ago…now I monitor what’s on the tube. My wife and I have little ambition to go to the theatre anymore. Old actors/actresses came up from the ranks and average/poor families. Hollywood today, is full of spoiled brats who have no concept of average/poor living. They’re either in the jail,the rehab, or with Chavez, if they aren’t walking around with a silver spoon in their mouths, lecturing the rest of us how to live.

Oliver Stone’s movie “Natural Born Killers” glorified murderers and treated their vicious murders in a sympathetic way. Right after the movie came out, some copy cat killers reenacted the whole murder scene and killed a wonderful farmer in Mississippi. John Grisham wrote at length about this vile movie and how it might have contributed to the murder of a farmer who was beloved in Mississippi. Oliver Stone’s movie JFK was so filled with lies that even Anthony Lewis, the far left columnist at the New York Times, wrote a compelling column about how evil Stone and the movie were. Fortunately, the movies that Stone has made since then have all flopped at the box office. Stone is best ignored.
Nuts. Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life. Also, I’d like to add that drugging our fathers with LSD and sleeping with their prostitutes and getting masturbation advice from our mothers does not really help make good Americans–but then again, that’s just my opinion.
My only question is what took him so long?
Oliver Stone should rent “The Killing Fields” and watch it a few times.

Robin Williams has his heart in the right place, and for that I applaud him. My reference to him was in regard to another issue. I shouldn’t have interjected it at this time. Sorry.
I’m happy to have a Chavez out there…he shines light on the cockroaches who have been feeding in the shadows of our moral and ethical larders for so many years.
His support and nuturing of these pests encourages them to breed and consume more and more. Once the word is out that “easy money” is to be had, these vermin come out of hiding, hands extended, for their share. All that is required of them is praise for the hand that feeds them, and condemnation for the structure that houses them. Unfortunately, they bring back with them, diseased, affected ideology, which is eagerly spread by the media like a viral airborne pestilence.

He cutely donates the record sales to “Homes for Our Troops” (his liberal “get out of jail free” card) but pockets the fortunes from the publicity and live performances, and wins major kudos from his anti-military, liberal friends.
PS. Witness how Billy Joel portrays our servicemen and women at the end of the song/video a la John Kerry 1971. Also check out the military-style shirt on the pant-load lead singer a la John Lennon 1971. Do liberals enjoy dressing up like our US Military out of respect or denigration?

Because we don’t fight back all dirty as they so like to do ( i.e. Che is a hero to the left).

I just checked that out, and I think that I’m going to be sick. I was merely disgusted until I saw the “Marines” with the oo-rahs. Since I never listened to Billy Joel before, I don’t have to boycott him–and Cass Dillon can’t sing, so I can skip him too without any pain on my part.
These celebrity losers, as you term them, are apparently losing it all the way to the bank. As H.L. Mencken said, “Nobody ever went broke underestimating the taste of the American people.”

I am very against Chavez and what he stands for but I recently got an e-mail back from a friend in Venezuela, after telling her that Chavez was in the news quite a bit here she had this to say:
Roughly translated it says that Chavez has helped the poor in Venezuela a lot, and that they now have better access to health care and education; although there are shortages in other areas, they can’t get milk, sugar or flour, but it’s not as bad as Cuba.

The people in attendance at this “benefit” have all badmouthed and insulted the military, the war and the President, save maybe for Woodruff. Springsteen’s attendamce alone is a huge insult and a sign of Liberalism;s never-ending hypocrisy. They do everything they can to empower the enemy and get our men and women injured or killed and then to ease their guilt laden consciences and to show how wonderful they are, they throw these huge, public fund raisers.
If they were truly sincere, they would support the President, back the troops and the war 100%, and donate quietly and annonymously like the rest of us.

I can’t wait for the day - and it will come - that these relics get the nightmarish backlash that awaits them when it becomes unfashionable to be a Communist. And why do we need to go to the movies? We have Usenet and cable TV - lets make them irrelevant asap and watch their free-market capitalist millions disappear. Then watch and laugh when they wind up on “whatever happened to…?” I mean, look at how quickly many of the liberal talk show hosts, (Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, Letterman etc.) caved after the writers struck? It wouldn’t take long for these millionaire capitalists to show their true true colors. Like my husband always says, “Everyone is a Republican when it comes to their money.”
I like the comment by one of BO’s fans, Chavez gets more celeb visits than our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. It’s become harder to watch certain actors perform without thinking what rectums they are in real life.

Billy Joel = Relic POS. Wrote “We Didn’t Start the Fire” which is such a POS song that it makes me want to punch out his cheesy face.
Robin Williams = Weird drama queen. Has a face like one of the drama masks. Played “Patch Adams”. Wore rainbow suspenders even when not playing Mork just to prove to the world what a douche he is.
Oliver Stone = Paranoid conspiracy theory Freak. Took waaaaaaay too much LSD and it shows.
Naomi Campbell = Human clothes hanger with anger issues. IQ of around 43, (and I’m being nice.)
That Day-O guy = What is his name again? What is he famous for? He had a daughter (son?) on that soap opera “Hotel” starring Barbra Streisand’s husband.
The guy in The Color Purple = can’t remember his name but he did play a guy who beat the heck out of Whoopi Goldberg in that movie.
Bruce Springsteen = Great songwriter who writes songs about the working man, then prices his concerts so the average working man would have to go without food for a week just to afford one seat in the nosebleeds to see him perform. Isn’t smart enough to understand the hypocracy.
Eddie Vedder = Does whatever Ian Mackaye or Henry Rollins tells him to or tries to be just like them. Takes being a poseur to an art form.
Maybe the reporter could have wiped the saliva away from his drooling mouth long enough to mention that Columbia kicked Chavez out of the negotiating process because of his threats against the Columbian government.
But that would have given perspective and factuality to the story - obviously not the reporters intent.
I think one of the biggest disappointments to me has been Bruce Springsteen. In high school, I was one of the biggest Springsteen fans…had all the albums, all the songs memorized…between him, the Tubes and the Dead. To have had him as a musical idol, all that the music stood for to me, considering my upbringing, how I was raised, where I came from in the streets and such, and then to have him become the very exact opposite of everything I had learned, to emmulate the exact opposite of what being a patriotic American meant…it was enough to make me cry, and i have not listened to a Springsteen song or album in about 15 years.
Disillusionment is a real bitch.

This is the real story not the one about a no nothing hack of a director/producer who holds a grudge against this country. More spotlights need to be placed upon the activities of Hugo trying to bring down any government in South America that is not communist.

Stone and other’s are total idiot’s, what do they think will happen to their supposed art if they actually got their way a Socialist’s government would strip their right’s of free speech. The Government would have them making propaganda film’s much like Stone makes anyway but he would have no freedom to do anything but stick to the government’s script no variance commrade you will do it as written or be shot. The fact is I will not go to the Movies and have’nt for many year’s. I will not buy DVD’s for the fact that they recieve risidual’s from the sale’s, the only way I can watch movies without feeling I’m contributing to these Idiot’s is to rent them and then I’ts only movie’s that actually have a decent story line and actor’s I don’t hate yet.
I’ll wait to see it … and wait, and wait. I have only been to the movie theater once since 1999 and that was because I was given a free ticket to a charity event I had to attend for business reasons. The Hollyweird crowd isn’t still making money because of me.
