You’ve read the story here before: Innocent black residents of Los Angeles being targeted by violent Latino gangs. The race-hustling reverends have had nothing to say about it. But at least some in the press are paying more attention. The AP takes a look at F13’s racial “cleansing” campaign:
In a murderous quest aimed at “cleansing” their turf of snitches and rival gangsters, members of one of Los Angeles County’s most vicious Latino gangs sometimes killed people just because of their race, an investigation found.
There were even instances in which Florencia 13 leaders ordered killings of black gangsters and then, when the intended victim couldn’t be located, said “Well, shoot any black you see,” Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca said.
“In certain cases some murders were just purely motivated on killing a black person,” Baca said.
Authorities say there were 20 murders among more than 80 shootings documented during the gang’s rampage in the hardscrabble Florence-Firestone neighborhood, exceptional even in an area where gang violence has been commonplace for decades. They don’t specify the time frame or how many of the killings were racial.
Los Angeles has struggled with gang violence for years, especially during the wars in the late 1980s and early ’90s between the Crips and the Bloods — both black gangs. Latino gangs have gained influence since then as the Hispanic population surged.

When are we going to get it through our national collective skull that there is no such thing as a race crime, a hate crime, etc. A crime is a crime is a crime. Doesn’t matter one iota if it’s blue eye on blue eye or size 6 shoe vs. size 7.

They hardly do stories on Tortilla X Flats, 18th street gang and others just in this part of the town. We need to send these people (rats) packing, I’d I’m not talking about their bongs.
Where’s the outrage. Where’s ACLU, NAACP, Pelosi, Boxer, La Raza…..donde esta? Lying hypocrite all of them. Doesn’t serve their agenda because white people aren’t figured into the mix.

In most crimes I agree that there is no such thing as a race/hate crime … that a crime that occurs where the individuals involved happen to be of different racial and ethnic backgrounds does not in and of itself make it a race/hate crime.
I think, however, that we do have to acknowledge that when established gangs are the source of the crimes that race motivated hatred can be an influence.
These organized gangs are generally racially restricted as to their members, and are often in direct competition with one another over control of neighborhoods and streets.
In these situations I believe that at least a portion of the problem becomes racially motivated. I say this because they reach a point where they are out to eliminate others based on their being of a particular race and not just the members of another rival gang.
I never thought I would see the day when the murder of innocent black people is a media yawn, but by the logic of Liberalism, that day has arrived.
Then again, perhaps I am being unfair. Perhaps a liberal media person would grab me by the collar at this point and explain: “White boy — it’s people of color killing people of color. So it’s not a big deal. Got it, racist?”
These incidents of urban warfare are a likely preview of what is to come. Along the way, I suspect the riot initiative will be taken over by people of Latino heritage as African-Americans (one hopes) move on. This kind of transition has happened before in the nation’s history.
Note to white people: it’s still always okay to kill you.
I see red when I hear local liberals lamenting fact that there aren’t enough blacks running things. “Obama as President will end the racial unrest. Not enough black senators” yada yada. Yes, let’s have racial quotas and arrest more whites or go along with that twerp Lani Guinier’s idea that blacks should have more votes per voter. Meaning a “black vote” would count as 5 or 10 votes each to ensure we make up for past injustices. Clinton wanted that cretin on US Supreme Court. Imagine Hillary making USSC appointments? Maybe the first black Pres. would get a lifetime position in which to pontificate?
I know that not that not that far from me are a number of vicious latino gangs, many really evil, murderous scum from El Salvador, here illegally of course. Lock them up and throw away the key. Let them bust rocks in the hot sun with chain gangs and such. Maybe England had the right idea or the French with Devil’s Island as seen in Papillon?
Really bugs me that criminal “juvies” can slaughter people at whim and if ever caught and sentenced will eventually be “rehabbed” and released to commit crimes again and again.
Even Rev. Jesse Jackson said he felt safer seeing white boys coming down the street vs. blacks who have a propensity for crime.
With Global Warming happening Greenland should be habitable. Let’s ship all the criminals there and turn them loose. Those that make it, make it. Those that don’t, don’t. Either way we rid the country of a violent criminal element.
Maybe we’ll all get lucky and the Crips, Bloods, F13, TXF, 18th St., and all the rest will just kill each other off.

I should be no more outraged by a “racial” killing than any other killing. The victim is equally dead.
If the intent was to kill, then regardless of “why”, the perpetrator IS guilty of murder (legal system notwithstanding).

No argument about a crime is a crime … just pointing out that in the gang related crimes there can be an underlying racial motivation … it is still a crime that needs to be addressed and the perpetrators must be brought to justice.
#15, a lot of the new breed of gang members actually have military training courtesy of the Mexican government & they can shoot pretty good. (again, our tax dollars at work)
Maybe we need to start firearms training in our public schools to even the playing field a bit…
or then again, we could just close the borders.

I guarantee if this was the work of a white gang this would be splashed all over by the MSM 24/7/365. It does not meet their template of a hate crime (which any violent crime really is anyway). When stationed in Southern California back in the 90s I was exposed to the nightly news broadcasts of running gun battles by these can’t shoot straight gangs. It seemed the only ones every getting shot was some poor innocent rarely ever associated with a gang.
Gang infested areas throughout the country would be a great place to send our troops for a little house to house training clearing this filth from our streets. Anyone that pledges their loyalty to a gang should be stripped of their citizenship (if they are here legally) and then deported to a country of my choice. I would love to see how they get along in the “Magic Kingdom” of Saudi Arabia, but I am a cruel SOB. I would love to do the same to any and all members of the ACLU and anyone else that aids and abets this danger to public safety too.
The national press, California’s elected officials and the racist reverends are all negligent. Ignoring these stories leads to inaction and status quo. More innocents are murdered because there’s no money in stopping the carnage.

That day has been here for a long time. I live in a majority black city and any black person that’s murdered gets a mention on page B-2 of the Post.
But when a white person is killed in Georgetown by four black men, it’s on the front page of the Post and forces the city to declare a “crime emergency.”
The fact of the matter is that unless white people are involved (either as attackers or victims), people don’t care. It’s a total shame.
The latter quote gets points for being especially weird and paranoid, but, no. It’s debatable that whites as victims get less play than whites as attackers, but both get way more press than no whites involved at all.

I love your idea. Got to admit I have thought of it myself before, but it would be nice. It would be good sustainment training in order to prep for deployments. When we breached the front door, they would have no clue what hit them.
The liberals and democrat party have long histories of destroying blacks in this country and blocking their progress at every turn. That they would not talk about this is not surprising. Essentially it would be a case of liberals in the MSM saying, “Ok, here is how one set of liberal policies we touted and supported didn’t work and ran headlong into another set of liberal policies that didn’t work that we supported and touted, leading to the deaths of a lot of people we have convinced to vote for liberals by lying to them for nearly 50 years as to which party actually defends their rights and wants them to be equal in the same way that Martin Luther King, Jr. wanted them to be equal.” Yeah, the MSM has many reasons to stay clear of this story.
Or put another way: The MSM isn’t reporting this as they haven’t yet found a way to lie and tell people this is the Republican’s fault.
Now that football season is almost over, maybe someone should start an “It’s Whitey’s Fault” pool. To win you have to pick the first race hustler (Jesse, Al, etc.) blames whitey for these crimes and which week he does it.

I couldn’t disagree more. Its ALWAYS to look at root causes. How do we ever expect to avoid negative social outcomes if we don’t take the time to consider what causes them?
Look at 9/11. I mean, everyone with a attrophied brain and a bleeding heart knows that the root cause of terrorism is American imperialism; likewise, the cause of black on white crime is white racism. So whenever something bad happens to someone, you have to look close and find a way to blame the supossed victim, who probably brought it upon himself. To do any less is to turn your back on the whole concept of social justice.
So we need to be brave enough to ask ourselves: what did the black community do to make the latinos hate them so much? How is the black community responsible for driving these poor latinos to murder them? How can the black community atone for getting in the way of the latinos’ bullets?
I think a good first step would be for the black community to apologize to the latinos and promise to stop doing whatever it is that fills the latinos with righteous anger and murderous rage.
Only then can the healing begin.
