I asked her why and she said because of his upbringing in a poor family. Apparently she hasn't had much time to watch the news lately. (Or maybe she has, but has been watching the wrong outlets!) Anyway, her perception of Edwards is based on the same premise as this Clinton tactic. There are too many Americans tuned out of or fed up with the political process, and too many Americans who believe everything they see or hear on the news. Heaven help us!
