Markos doesn’t influence any votes but he’s a little tyrant on that site, taking away privileges and making very nasty attacks on commenters at times. Obviously, he has dreams of becoming a TV pundit but his TV personality is all wrong, very effeminate and over-smiley.

Whoa! Are you SERIOUS?? A blogger attacking commentators?? How shrill can the left get??

No need to call those of us that live below the bridge names :)

Actually the story goes, that the bridge was built so Yoopers could swim the straits in the shade.
'Nother story though. It would be much better if Lansing didn't treat us like part of Wisconsin.
Nothing personal, I did spend 22 Years in Detroit one night. Got up in the morning and left. So I kind of understand.
Too bad it takes over 900,000 signature to recal '2 Pennie Jennie', the failed Canadian actress.
What's that they say about 'Michigan pays for Canadian Trash'?

Could you imagine if they did this, Mitt barely wins, then goes on to become president. He could mention the Daily Kos in his victory speech.

I'm in Michigan, although I'm not a Troll,
(In Michigan Trolls are the ones that 'Live under the Bridge') I'm for Da UP Eh! Anyway I had actually considered registering as a dimmocrat just so I could vote against Billary twice if necessary. It's still open though and I don't have to register for a party. You just request the Ballot and it is noted so that you can't vote in both Primaries, too bad for the 'vote early, vote often socialists', but, and it's a big BUTT, from my understanding the dimmo ballot contains 2 choices, 1. Shrillery; 2; Non-committed. There are no other fascists on the ballot.
It will be interesting how this is manipulated by 'fairer party' . You know, in the spirit of Bi-Partisan, 'When you do it my way and I do it my way, that's Bi-partisan'.

People, our Republic stands or falls on this election cycle. I fear we are not using all the tools available. The White House seems complacent or complicit in it's relations with the one-worlders.
Remember; Hitler wanted 'One World' for a thousand years, Stalin wanted 'One World' and was an early part of 'ComIntern' ('Communist International' for you newbies).
The incremental dissolution of our society has been masterful. Don't underestimate the Adversary. Those who observe, biding time are the first exiles or the first to the camps.

To have equality across the board usually involves the relinquishing of the rights of the individual.
Haven't we given up too much already since 'The New Deal'?

thirteen28: With all due respect, think carefully before sitting out the election. Look what happened in November 2006. We lost most of our voice.

If the dems get in, all the illegals will be legalized, permanently ending the republican party. We will not have a voice at all.

Hmm, I have to admit that I also have some mixed feelings about this. If McVain were to actually be defeated by a group of people that are closest to his natural base (which is more left-leaning than conservative by far), it would be such a delicious irony.

Bottom line is that I really don't want McVain or Huck to get anywhere close to the nomination, because they don't represent conservatives, and they both have a history of stabbing Republicans and conservatives in the back. They are two potential nominees that could very well cause me to sit out election day, if not writing in another candidate.
