    Me too, but I’m hoping it’s the latter, as it is a funny sticker and encapsulates that disgraceful period in U.S. History known as the Clinton era!

    Why anyone would want to step back to the rancor and strife of the Clinton drama is beyond me.

    Actually, it’s because a law was passed in DC declaring that only sexual intercourse is “sex.” That means that “gettin’ a hummer” isn’t. According to the law. It protects both the Rats and the Cans.

    This way, when the worst president ever said, “I did not have sex with that woman, Miss Lewinsky” he was telling the truth, legally. How many teenage boys have tried to convince their girlfriend’s father that “it wasn’t sex.” Yeah, right!

    It’s the same type of AGore “no controlling legal authority” garbage.
