By the way… Here in Texas we DO have driver’s license written tests in Spanish, and Spanish-speaking examiners to ride along for the road test. BUT they do demand real proof of identity. WHen I was getting mine renewed, for which I had to retake the tests (long story), there was an obviously American white woman in the next line that was having trouble transferring her license from Tennessee to Texas. It seems Texas doesn’t accept Tennessee licenses as valid ID because Tennessee pass out driver’s licenses without much proof of identity (no social security card required). THe DMV officer was saying that there are people that make a living driving BUSLOADS of illegals to Tennessee to get licenses and then bring them back to Texas, where they would go into the DMV and trade it in for a Texas license. Now REAL Americans from Tennessee can’t use their Tennessee license to get a Texas driver’s license… Paying the price…

Here in Texas, if you get caught driving without insurance they are SUPPOSED to impound your vehicle on the second and subsequent offenses. Illegals without drivers licenses can’t get insurance. So they drive without insurance and without licenses. Somehow, when they get stopped, they rarely get impounded. I’ve heard supporters of illegal alien driver’s licenses say that if illegals could get licenses, they would get insurance so when someone is involved in an accident with an illegal they don’t end paying the cost of repairs themselves. Ha! I personally know a LOT of LEGAL hispanics, born and raised here, and not a single one of my hispanic “friends” has insurance. They buy late model used vehicle, forge insurance cards to get registration and inspection, and sit out jail time instead of paying their tickets when they get caught. Another thing you see a LOT of is when they buy a vehicle from an individual, they will print out their own paper “temporary” license plates on some card stock paper every couple of months and drive with those on the car for YEARS, just to avoid having to get insurance (which is necessary to transfer title and they DO verify it). Anyway, the point is that people that support this issue have all kinds of lame excuses. No, illegals will not get insurance. They won’t obey the law and GO HOME, so why should they obey any other law?

Does Hispanic America TRULY Believe In Our Laws?

A hot potato question that MUST be asked if candidates feel like they’re walking on eggs talking about illegal immigration. Why feel/pander that way if it’s against the law — unless you feel MOST Hispanic Americans are in FAVOR of people performing illegal acts.

Can someone help me? If a U.S. citizen drives without a Mexican license and proof of insurance be a legal driver in Mexico? Since Mexico is so superior in all ways I wondered how they handled such situations. What do they do to illegal aliens in that country? Maybe US policies should imitate Mexicos.

Well the next step would be to give the illegals voting rights, and that’s what this is all about – that’s a huge amount of guaranteed votes if Obama (or McCain, or any other democrat…) can swing it.

Mexicans can drive in the U.S. with a Mexican driver’s license. They do not need an American state-issued driver’s license.

I’m not certain what the testing requirements are–if any–but if there’s a test, it’s administered in Spanish.

The real win is for the Democrat party to get illegals access to the votng booth via Motor-Voter laws.

Neither Obama nor McCain should be able to legally take the oath of office due to their proven inability to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. Since they refuse to enforce Article IV Section 4 what other parts will they also ignore? Then again neither is the sitting POTUS or his appointed cronies in the Department of Homeland Insecurity.
