Bumper sticker of the day
Reader Matt Aho designed a new bumper sticker that sums up the conclusion of many sober, dry-eyed conservatives this week:

The lesser of two evils is still evil.
Between them, there ain’t no such thing as “lesser.” Evil is evil. Period
Exactly. Two peas in a pod. I don’t want to vote for either of them.
Priceless!
Sad,…but priceless nontheless!
If McCain is the nominee, it just might be Mitt write-in time.
If you don’t vote for McCain, you don’t vote against Clinton…everything plays into Satan’s hands. I thought Imus was just being theatrical when he calls her the Devil.
This CA conservative (presently a Reupblican) activist- says AGAIN-I will not vote for the LESSER OF TWO EVILS – ever AGAIN!!!!
McLame and the Hildabeast are the two ends of the same turd. All the polishing in the world will not help!
They BOTH suck But she will be much worse…..

The enemy of my enemy is….Hillary
At least with a Dem POTUS we can count on some of the (R)’s in DC to fight her. If McCain is POTUS, then we will be really screwed – li
tberally.Folks, Mitt Romney is still in the race! New polls have Romney ahead in CA and GA, so John McCain’s nomination is not a foregone conclusion.
Republicans still have the opportunity to nominate a conservative, anti-amnesty governor with real-life business experience.
Volunteer, donate, or put up a yard sign. Until the winner is decided by delegate counts, this defeatism is inexcusable.
How can I get that for my blog?
Well done Matt … love it … now that is a bumper sticker I would gladly put on my car …
What the Huck! I say Dem it all to hell!
I like the pictures chosen for the bumper sticker…It looks like McCain saying, “And with ‘this’ finger, I can push the button, and destroy Iran,” and Hillary saying, with her evil cackle, “No, no, no no, John! You know, I’m the only one prepared to do that from ‘Day One!’“
Here’s another picture of those two chums
and another
RR – good thing I haven’t eaten yet
Ditto – I want that on my blog!
Naw what would be scary is if for some unknown reasson they ran on a bipartisian ticket together. Now thats a horrific idea.
So if Obama and McShame are the nominess, do you think he’ll make Hillary the VP?
No no, by “he” I didn’t mean Hussein.
See, now those pics from The Ragin’ Repub. tell the real story. Those two are much closer politically than they let on right now. (Posts 17 & 18)
I kind of like my modest suggestion for McCain’s campaign, quoted while he was speaking to American citizens, and telling them that they were inferior to foreign illegal workers:
YOU CAN’T DO IT, MY FRIENDS!
Thanks for the laugh, right_on (#16).
Always end on the punch. That made me chuckle.
That 2nd photo, RR (#18), is quietly disturbing. It is also caption worthy.
MM, willing to post that with a caption thread?
They look like actors in a buddy pic who’ve just pulled one over on the antagonist (the people of America). Exponential smugness or genuine mutual admiration? Both, I say.
funny pic
They are excatly the same their is no differece. IMO

If Mrs. Malkin has not copywritten it (is that even a word?), put your mouse pointer over the image and right-click to pull up a mini menu option that includes “Save Image As”. Good luck!
Dem’ed if that ain’t the truth!
Dem the torpedoes.
Dem the lights, the parties over.
Dem it! Stop that right now or I’ll Tsu!
Oops – how Hstupid of me – I’ll Hsu!
Good one!
The John McCain photo of the day.
Here is a less polite version that you can actually buy. (language warning!)
As I said before, with the choice of candidates that we have running for President, no matter who I vote for, I’ll end up the loser.
All of those are pretty funny
We deserve everything Dem thing we get, if we vote for either of them. Hsu can take that to the bank.
Juan to bet?
Must.. stop… McAmnesty…
I don’t want to dwell on a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Time to bring out John Paul Jones and his memorable line.
“I have not yet begun to fight!”
RR, when you link hideously gross pics like that would you PLEASE provide a “graphic content” warning! I’m pr’y going to be nauseous for days after viewing those….
Donkelephant has an interesting piece about McCain’s latest email which
seems to be saying, vote for me because I am a POW. I was very good
friends with a man who had spent years in a tiger cage in Vietnam and
he never once, until his death, traded on that experience. I find using it
to “but” votes reprehensible.
should have been buy votes
actually, now that I think about it..should have been to
demand votes.
actually, now that I think about it..should have been to
demand votes.
Yeah, he was a fighter pilot…and, as he reminds us daily, a POW. But, if I was an active pilot, I would never trust him as my wingman. I’d rather have a rookie than him. In a combat situation, would he cover my 180? Or, would he be a hot-dogger, off to be an ace?
Sorry, but from this point on this board nust be a
No Fatalism Zone
Dem’d if we do and dem’d if we don’t?
No.
Sorry. We’ve worked too hard for that kind of sudden self-defeatism at the last minute. Romney is ahead in many polls. If he gets the nod he’ll have a year to clean Hillary’s clock on the basis of her inexperience, shady history, failed attempts at socialism and questionable character.
I have a better bumper sticker:
GO ROMNEY
Say it. Use it. Mean it.
And get out the word about McCain. It isn’t over yet!
Thanks for all the responses. Feel free to “right click and save” away.
Also can purchase here.
Thanks again,
Matt
Excuse my double above. Papillon was trying to get my attention by patting my hand.
If McCain is unacceptable (and he is), it’s difficult to make the case that RomnestyCare is anything but unacceptable.
Higher taxes.
Amnesty.
Socialism.
Liberal Judicial Picks.
Attacks Gun Rights.

We need a much better plan B than RINO #2.
I shall not be voting for Juan McCenndy under any circumstances…i will write in Jim Shue and vote conservative for all other positions on my ballot.
Ajustments to my “Anybody But Hillary” sticker.
LOL Bicyea. #53
The political Hydra.
Well Bob Dole just lost the small amount of respect I had for him. He’s backing McCant. The only way he can save face is to come clean and say that he swallowed one of those blue pills he pushes and state that it got caught in his throat, giving him a stiff neck, and that he was grouchy when picking McCant.
Tomorrow is almost here, thank goodness, I’m hoping Romney wins and the media has no other choice but to start coverage for Romney and put Huckty Dumpty and McCrossdresser to rest.
Go Mitt!!!!
My husband’s contribution to opinions of McCain. Warning, a bit naughty.

Love it, Katieanne! I was telling my little dog that she looked like that just now. I won’t
put into words what she was doing..use your imagination.
Snicker, snicker….TXRose.
The photo made me laugh. After all the stress talking about McCain has given me, I needed it.
Loved it, Katieanne..
Katie, Kieth Olberman posed for that picture. Actually he just wakes up that way every morning.
No wonder he’s so cranky, aj….ROFLOL
Check this ad out on HotAir..

Good one, Katieanne. I’m NOT Mitt Romney but I approve that message.
Actually, it’s the evil of two lessers.
Heh. Dem’ed skippy Mitt should be approving that message. (Sorry, I couldn’t help myself on that last turn of the word/phrase).
Why doesn’t Mitt have that on the airwaves, instead of just online? That is what folks need to be seeing, before going to the polls on Super Tuesday.
John McCain was and Is still an excellent Pile it, he piles it here and piles it there. Horse sh!t.
There were a couple of pieces in http://www.Frontpagemag.com today, one by Horowitz himself, that basically said conservatives were being foolish, refusing to grow up, acting like liberals, under the direction if not control of the talk-show “mafia” and generally not getting it — that McCain and maybe Romney were the only way to go. There was considerable effort in the two pieces to excuse McCain on a few issues, but no effort to consider that perhaps his critics have a point.
It’s was appalling how condescending the tone was. Much as I admire and respect Horowitz, I really don’t like being talked down to. I’ve gotten my fill of that from Michael Medved, who basically shouts from the rooftop the same lame excuses.
To be fair, there is no question about it: the country in general and conservatives in particular are in a hell of jam. Romney looks good at the moment, but only relative to McCain. Obama may well be delusional: “I’m going to heal the country … I’m going to repair the world … I’m going to stop climate change.” These are not the words of a rational human being. As for Hillary, Lord help us, it is so bad I think even she may be slightly more rational than Obama.
Now we come to McCain. The problem I have with him is that if you look at a piece here or there of his record you kind of get the impression that maybe we can live with this guy. But when you look at the whole record from 2000 on, you get a very strong impression of a man who despises conservatives, is much more comfortable and content with liberals, and has such deep seated anger issues that it is impossible to disagree with him let alone reason with him on just about anything. He is an economic ignoramus, an open borders bigot, and ab all around global-warming, capitalism-is-gonna-get-your-momma crank. He simply has no philosophy of government other than: “What makes me feel good about myself,” and if that isn’t a liberal, what is?
If McCain becomes the nominee, he is not going to “reach out” to Conservatives. He’s going to say: “I don’t need you guys one bit. I did this all by myself. Oh I’ll toss you a lie or two, but I am sure you know the code: FU and out of my way.”
The only fun we will have is when the media, who have kissed up to Mr. Maverick as long as he has been a thorn in the side of Republicans, will now turn on him with a vengeance, labeling him an old crazoid whose time is long past.
The sad fact of the matter is that the man is bully. And you know what they say about “republican” bullies: they’re cowards before liberal democrats.
Well, I am having Electile Dysfunction. And, there is no cure.
Maybe worthy BSOD for tomorrow?
Here’s a couple of bumper stickers I came up with, which sum up my opinion of this year’s election.
Sticker 1
Sticker 2
“Electile Dysfunction” Now THAT’S funny!
You could say that “Just looking at Queen Cankles gave me Electile Dysfunction… Buy two Blue Chip stocks on NASDAQ and call me in the morning!”
This truly IS a battle for the soul of the Republican Party with the future of the United States of America hanging in the balance. Lose this election and we lose the Supreme Court, the War on Terror, the Big Gov’t Nanny Solution to Global Warming, Healthcare, AND Amnesty for Illegals. Taxes will increase to pay for the programs that Congress will pass and a Dem President would sign into law. We conservatives stand to be on the losing end of every issue we’ve fought for in the last 8 years and WHY? Because we’ve been forced to choose between 4 RINOs (Fred! not included) or Ron Paul (who’s a few syllables shy of a proper last name by anyone’s measure).
And a big sarcastic “Thank You!” to Bob Dole for doing such a fine job of mouthing the words the McCain camp wrote for him! Do we need the advice of the man who lost to Clinton to help us decide who we should run against ANOTHER Clinton? Wouldn’t it be ironic to be termed “irrelevant” in not just one, but two elections in your lifetime, Mr. Dole?
Bob Dole and John McCain are members of the “Get Off My Damn Lawn” party. The grumpy old men who used to keep kids’ baseballs if they landed on their lawns.
Another piece of evidence that Washington insiders will stick together as thick as theives.
The republican party is still under the delusion that its members will vote in lockstep with their agenda. They are still in denial regarding the backlash that hit them on the amnesty debate, and still believe they dictate the needs of their members rather than vice versa.
The party needs a serious wake up call to be reminded that it is a government of the people. They don’t seem to recognize that they are out of touch with their members; the same members they have labeled as out of touch bigots who do not understand what is best for them.
Great sticker for the season! And ain’t it a scary thought of how friendly Mc and HRC are. Makes me pucker up.
Republican Revolution, anyone? It happened once, but to happen again, is likely to take a four year stint of having a liberal finger up our wazoo.
The idea of not voting for an incumbent is wonderful, except for the thought of putting in another toilet load of Dems to Congress and one in the White Tank.
I like those! ROFL
McCain and Hillary:
Dem and Demmer
I have a better bumper sticker:
