    the picture is a bad image, but, the context is completely misleading. The mayor and the police chief were at a press conference where new weapons for the police department were being shown to the press. Local TV WDSU-Channel 6 pointed this out this evening on the local news.

    While I am not a fan of the mayor, he is being pilloried for this one, and he is in the right….
