“Blow up the Danish embassies and kill the ambassadors”

Iran and its bloodthirsty minions are ramping up the pretextual Mo Cartoon outrage. While Iranian lawmakers call for cutting off trade and political ties to Denmark and Netherlands over republication of the Mohammed Cartoons, jihadis are wielding their machetes again:

In a letter to President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, some 215 lawmakers of Iran’s 290-seat assembly said Iran should review trade and political links with Denmark and the Netherlands to respond to “an anti-Islamic and Islamophobic current” in Holland and Denmark.

“We, representatives of the honorable Iranian nation, condemn this devil measure. We ask the president … to seriously review Iran’s political and trade ties with these countries,” the lawmakers said in the letter.

In the Gaza Strip, controlled by the Palestinian Islamist group Hamas, a leader of a militants’ umbrella group called on Muslim faithful to attack Danish embassies and diplomats.

“Blow up the Danish embassies and kill the ambassadors,” Abu Abir, spokesman for the Popular Resistance Committees (PRC), said at an open-air news conference in a Gaza square, where PRC members burnt a Danish flag.

“We urge (Islamist fighters) to track down those who printed the cartoons, those who drew them and those who published them and slaughter them immediately,” he said.

Danish police arrested two Tunisians and a Dane of Moroccan descent last Tuesday, accusing them of planning to kill a cartoonist who drew one of the images.

Dozens of Islamist students burned the Danish flag in southern Pakistan on Thursday, while in Kuwait, several parliamentarians called for a boycott of Danish goods.

Since they’ve renewed their boycott threats, it’s time to renew the “Buy Danish” campaign and start one in support of the Netherlands again. Sammenhold.

I will do what little I can to support the Danes and Netherlanders that have the stones to tell the uneducated masses of Islam we will not submit! Too bad we don’t have a Government with this type of iron in its backbone.

There is no excuse for Iran behaving in this childish way. The reason they are doing it, almost certainly, is to distract the public in Iran from its crummy economy and corruption.

An effect of this tiresomely perpetual outrage is that some of the more, how shall I put it, “unpalatable” political parties are getting closer and closer to being elected each time. In Britain, the BNP (British National Party) now gets more hits on its website than any of the mainstream parties. In France, President Sarkozy has decided to introduce DNA testing on immigrants and is now deporting them by the tens of thousands each year, and growing. Look at what is happening in Belgium with Vlaams Belang - they’re a few parliamentary members short of being in full power.

That makes zero sense. It’s the same ethnic group whose attacks on Denmark are apparently the reason for which you support Denmark. Well, no-one said there are no hypocrites and no ignorance in the world. Why be consistent? But glad to see you admit you believe in moral equivalence of Islamic terrorists and Westerners trying to defend themselves from them. Again, since you see them as morally equivalent “ethnic groups,” why support Denmark against them. Who cares about logic-right?

The situation is different. Hitler controlled one of the greatest industrial economies of the world and was building military hardware at an amazing rate. Iran and Syria and Hamas and the Hezbollah between them are puny. The Iranian economy is going backwards.

China, on the other hand, has a surging economy and a growing high tech military, nuclear weapons, tested missile delivery systems, and a stated desire to destroy the US (read Little Red Book). I also am neither Jewish, Muslim, nor Middle Eastern.

However, the Muslims must be stopped at that tiny sliver of land, which is the only - only - outpost of Western civilization in the Middle East. By “coincidence”, it also happens to be the only non-Muslim country in the Middle East, and the most dependable, perhaps only, friend the U.S. has in that region of the world.

If the Muslims rolled over and destroyed Israel: besides being a stain on, and a black mark against Western civilization for centuries, maybe for millennia; that would be an incalculable morale booster for the Muslim barbarians, who would feel even MORE inclined to continue to attack us…indeed, they would more than likely increase and intensify their attacks against us.

“Let ‘em duke it out without bothering the rest of us.”

Perhaps if the elite in our country, and in the rest of the West understood that Israel is not the aggressor, and would just let them seriously and vigorously defend themselves (and the Israeli elite would wake up to the necessity of doing just that); then, perhaps the barbarians finally, after getting seriously smacked around and mauled, would realize that they were not going to be able to “push Israel into the sea.”

Now you have a well put statement, granite.

Everything Isreal has done since April 16, 1948 has been to stop Islamists from killing them. Yes, not just the “fundamentalists,” as it was entire nations attacking Isreal. The aggressors only turned to terrorists as proxies since they discovered conventional war wasn’t going to defeat the Jews. (Isreal was Re-instituted April 15, 1948.It was ONE day after that that the rest of the Middle East attacked them.)

And Christian Soldier, they’re “LEGO toys.” Lego gets all bent out of shape when we call them “LEGOS.” Yes, I’ve called them that since I was a kid, too.

LGM you want the budget balanced? Would you want eternal life too? We all have a wish list but saying stuff about balancing the budget won’t diminish the Muslim threat. Muslims not only hate Christians, Jews, Hindus, and Buddists but they also hate any non believer.

Nothing on the above list that I recognize except the LEGOs. :D I like LEGOs, and so do the countless, hard-headed young-uns that populate the places I like to hang out.

Here I go to the toy store!

LGM’s patented illogic is on parade here.

Yes, China is definitely a “threat”.

Yes, Mao’s Little Red Book of 35 years ago may have called the US an enemy.

But no, China is not treating the US as an enemy today. Mao’s teachings get mostly lip service — but of course lgm hasn’t noticed.

If the Chinese were to destroy us they themselves know it would make worthless more than a TRILLION dollars in US$ reserves they hold, plus immiserate their people (who would no longer have a huge market for their products.)

Factors like those tend to put a damper on bellicosity, rhetoric aside.

Meanwhile Iran threatens Israel with nuclear annihilation about once a week, opening saying that when they get a nuke they will use it. Iran arms Hezbollah, Hezbollah makes war against Israel and the West. Where it can, Iran acts on its rhetoric.

Practitioners of Realpolitik, or irrational whackjob Islamists who see in Armaggeon with Iraq the fulfilment of Koranic teachings, and the return of the 12th Iman — which would you fear most?

As for Republicans balancing the budget: they certainly didn’t do a good job of that when they held power (war spending saw to that), but since the Congress is in the hands of the Dems, the point is…pointless.

    Like everything lgm writes.
