Is this like saying that Toledo is the most health-conscious city? How ’bout most earth-friendly? Multicultural? Most receptive toward clowns?

“We are looking to see if there is an issue that needs to be addressed with our phone lines and if they need to be better protected,” she said.

I think there’s some issues that need to be addressed regarding your Mayor.

I live in Cleveland, about 2 hours east of Toledo, and have been to Toledo on a few occasions. It really isn’t a “liberal” city per se. It’s candidly a bit of a ghost town — not many people live there, there aren’t many jobs there outside of government — you get the picture. It is not as bad as Youngstown, Ohio, however.

In any event, there is a huge difference between Toledo and Berkeley, even if the mayor of Toledo is as liberal as the Berkeley City Council.
