Yes. That is my understanding as well. If more people in the world emulated Jesus’s example, the world would be a better place.

Yet, you’ll have liberals everywhere decrying that it’s the Christians whom they fear the most. They spend their time looking for a hidden message/meaning in everything a Christian does. They do. However these things generally go under-reported in the European press because of all that unfortunate business in WWII.

Europeans are generally a tolerant people but minorities who refuse to integrate are doing themselves no favors.

Saying “Muslims threatened to kill the cartoonist” in some sense is true, but no more true than “Christians killed hundreds of helpless women and children in a Bosnian village.” Most Christians would not, and most Muslims would not.

We are all aware of that. However, in GENERAL, its the Muslims and thier 7th century cultures that are the worst. The onesy and twosy examples of Christian wackos in the world don’t hold a candle to the Muslims. It is intellectually dishonest to try and take a “relativist” stance on this issue. Muslims (as a whole) have earned the distinction of being the most hateful and intolerant of all religions by a long shot.
