Even the local LA liberal blogs have been chastising him for his severe inattention to his mayoral duties.

A lot of people have stated that VillarMEChA has a good shot at the Governorship but frankly, I think he’s a political lightweight.

And there are many, including Hispanics, who dislike him for his Clintonesque marital infidelities.

In short, he’s not as well-liked as he’s been portrayed

Where was the police escort and security for the mayor when he was spending his evenings with Marthala Salinas? I guess the mayor didn’t see any harm in having a relationship with a woman who was covering his administration. One thing about Marthala Salinas. Her ethics may be questionable but she is oh so easy on the eyes.

Antonio was a moron when he worked in the California State Legislature with Willie Brown. He added his wife’s last name to his to assure the Latino vote.
He’s so below average. What did LA expect? Wouldn’t surprise me if there is more corruption and fiddling with paying for personal items ahead. Gee, that would be a shock. A Democrat with a sense of entitlement. How above average.

Wether or not thewy are on city time or on their vacation time. It is still double dipping on the tax payers dime. They are being compensated for the time off from city work to work on a federal campaign. The lot needs to be looked at by an ethics committee. Wait it would be more liberals so it does not matter.

As fo the mayor. Was he really there running the show when he was in town? Not really, always out stumping for the ILLEGAL angle and vote. So for him to be on the road in Texas not a big deal. Look at it like I do. Who cares what the mayor of L.A. says. I live here not there.

Ya know, nobody out here is really looking for him. In fact, most of the personalities I listen to and the people I know in the city would rahter he stay gone.

BTW: Mirthala has some new gig on a startup spanish only radio station right around the corner from KFI.

They really shouldn’t complain about him missing out on city business. Once he is finished schlepping around trying to get Hillary elected, he’ll be able to count on the money from the new citizens of Cali to offset that deficit : )
