That closer scrutinization may occur is a given, there’s just too much money in it for them to avoid reporting such stories, but “seems” is the operative word: Rest assured the MSM will take great pains not to name the varmint’s political affiliation, as evidenced by both ABC and NBC, if he or she is a Democrat.

Come on Andy, I am sure that that video was taken out of context. It is probably a ten minute snippet chosen to incite emotional reaction and does not reflect the sum token of the pastor’s body of life work. Unless you know what all came before and all that came after, we should not judge how Rev. Manning really feels about Obama. Nice job, probably not a link endorsed by the Congressional Black Caucus.

Wow, so she’s not going to worry about “that stuff?” The stuff she is talking about is honesty, integrity, fidelity and honoring vows that this leader took. She may not worry about “that stuff” but I do. If a man can’t keep his vows to his wife, then how in the world does anyone expect him to do a shred better in his decisions as an acting representative? He took vows of office. I wonder if she cares about “that stuff?”

Personally, I use Best Westerns, but the only lady there in the room with me is my wife. Never stayed at Qualitys and, only once, at Days Inn (nothing else was available) $456.46? Who screwed who?

Gov. Paterson denies using state or campaign money to pay for liaisons with another woman during a rocky patch in his marriage.

Records show that in September 2001, then-Sen. Paterson’s campaign spent $456.46 for two nights at what was then called the Quality Hotel at 215 W. 94th St.

but, at least he didn’t use state cash…

i wonder if the Quality Hotel was any nicer than the Days Inn?

If they agree with the person’s politics…”It’s their private life anyway”. If they don’t agree with the person’s politics, they demand investigations, hearings, and subcommittees. Paterson did it right, as BrianNY said. Confess after the swearing in, before the women hit the news media.
