One needs to ask oneself if this guy was being ironic…facitious. I think he was actually making a statement to the fools known as Liberals who feel that all we need to do is pack up our toys and go home and suddenly these worshippers of the false moon god will be our bosom buddies. All we have to do is make nice…to ignore this problem long enough and the bad men with the turbans who don’t bathe and wipe themselves with their bare hand and live like animals will just go away.

In less than 6.5 years, a huge percentage of this country has just plain forgotten what has happened. They have forgotten what we all saw with our own eyes played out live on every television station in this country. A select few have told a lie over and over and over and over again until the vast number of people…even some of the most rational people…have come to believe the lie rather than the truth that they saw with their own eyes and heard with their own ears.

A small minority of spoiled Baby-Boomer throw-backs to another terrible age of American history has hijacked current events with their hatred, their violence, their treason, their sedition, their racism and their lies. They learned what worked and what failed them from the last time they attempted to hijack this country and have put their knowledge to use. They deal only in circular reasoning, bumpersticker slogans and violent threats. When challenged they end dissent towards their treason by calling their foes “Islamophobic” or some other made-up word meant to intimidate the opposition into thinking that they could lose their job or standing in society.

The only thing lacking this time is the answer to one question: WHY? Why are the Liberals so interested in, so intent on allowing, so hell bent on having Islam win this war? What do Liberals have to gain by allowing…nay assisting Islam in defeating the American military and Government when a victory for Islam means certain death…and that is death literally, not figurativelly…for every single Liberal in this country based on everything they are, stand for and believe. If Liberals know Islam as they claim they do, then they know that their lack of religious faith, their support of homosexuality, of women’s rights, of sexual promescuity, of pornography, of N.A.M.B.L.A., of keeping prayer out of schools, work, public etc., will guarantee that they all meet the business end of a dull, rusty knife or a rope strung from a crane.

This is the big question. I think he was reminding these fools that these things don’t just go away…not making the statement to himself.

I couldn’t agree with you more! Let’s hope Pelosi and Pals (the Dems) soon tire of playing political football with this issue – an issue that is vital to our national security – and pass FISA.

Without the immunity, it is toothless; The comm companies would go bankrupt fending off lawsuits for cooperating with the investigators. You can’t ask them to help and then leave them spinning in the breeze. If you truly want safety you have to back those who help make it possible.

The attorney general used the occasion to once again urge congressional passage of a measure to update the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.

Isn’t it interesting, that a trained professional (Mukasey) sees terrorism as the threat it is, but untrained personnel, our Demoknots in Congress, sees only “potential abuses” of (American) rights of privacy? What’s wrong with this picture? Don’t the various Intelligence Committees share the same information that Mukasey gets?
