Video: Here’s Chelsea spinning Tuzla
Thanks to reader Robert M., here’s the video of Chelsea Clinton’s Tuzla remarks that I mentioned this morning. You’ll find the exchange in the last two minutes of the WISH-TV clip. Indeed-ly doodly, just as reader Christopher e-mailed me, Chelsea’s response to how she survived the “sniper fire” was to disingenously pay tribute to the military and Secret Service. She then wriggles out of the uncomfortable situation by chastising the questioner for focusing on the past instead of on “today” and how her heroic mom would fix the Balkans in the present. Because, like, you know, um, her mom has unquestioned, courageous leadership experience on these issues, you know.
Transcript:
QUESTION: Can you tell us how you and your mom avoided the sniper fire in Bosnia in March of 1996 (audience members groan)?
CHELSEA: Uh, we were well-protected by our United States military and the United States Secret Service.
QUESTION: Was there sniper fire going out at the airport? Did they have to cancel the welcoming ceremony there at the airport?
CHELSEA: Well sir, (nervous laugh), I think that my mother’s on record as having talked about this and I support what she said. I mean, I was there as well and I’m so honored (puts hand to heart) that I was there (audience applause).
But sir, I mean, I’m happy to talk about the current state of the Balkans and what my mother says about the current state of affairs because I think that most people here are interested in what we’re going to do about the world today and the world tomorrow.
Poor girl. Poor, poor girl. She can’t help her DNA.
But you know, it’s only nature that Clintonian whoppers will slip out of the mouth when you, your mom, and your dad speak “millions of words a day!”

Look, the poor girl gets a couple hundred thousand a year to - uh, well, do something and she can’t be bothered with minutae, especially since mom is running for President.
I’m so honored too, I just ran past snipers to and from the break room for coffe, and I’d like to thank the Secret Service, as well as focus on the present.

Incredible. She weasles her way out of it exacly like her parents would. The only thing that is missing is “I dont recall.” Could this be some hereditary trait or is it learned behavior?

Assuming ‘millions’ is a minimum of 2 million words a day. And assuming words are spoken non-stop for 18 hours a day (only sleeping or not talking 6 hours a day).
That is 1851 words a minute.
The world record for fast talking is about 637 words a minute.
Is Hillary claiming to be the new Fastest Talker World record holder?
And she went to school where? Stanford? And then where? Oxford?
Wow.
How dare you say such a thing.
oh, and by the way, Chelsea was in mortal danger on September 11th while in New York just blocks away and had to dodge falling debris from the WTC collapse. Her mom said so.
….. what? You don’t believe that either?
How dare you question her version of events. Do you think that Hillary just makes crap up?
I can’t stop laughing!!! Just when I had hope that a Clinton would overcome the lure of dis-honesty, those hopes were dashed. So much for the message of “HOPE.”

As you can see, a family of artful dodgers…but that’s okay…they are Democrat’s. It’s not fair to hold them up to, nor have any moral standards. Afterall, the ends justify the means, right?

How her Mother would fix the Balkans today???? Just who the dickens does she think
put our troops in there? He showed up in a pilots jacket and tried to act like he was
“just one of the troops” with the military and a friend of our sons wrote about how
insulted they were and how some of them were told to act enthusiastic. Now she’s
going to fix the Balkans. These people are beyond believable.

When the audience groaned at the initial question, then applauded at way too high a level, twice, all I could think of was Nicholson:
“You can’t handle the truth”

That ‘kid’ is a 28 year old adult and actively campaigning for her mother.
Even more ironic is that her bachelors is in History and her Masters is in International Affairs.
Yet, she cannot recall what happened in a foreign country when she was there… hmmm… interesting.
A little Andy Rooney here: Have you ever noticed how when liberals get caught like a rat in a trap, it’s always “old news”, “in the past”, and then it’s “let’s move on.” They do have a certain constancy to them.

Next generation of Clinton liars is making herself known. Just saw her reply to a question a questioner at a Town Hall meeting. She’s just as arrogant and rude as her parents.
With that Master’s is she qualified to be appointed an Ambassador to a country or possibly the U.N. if her mother is elected POTUS? Gads, now that is scary!

Come on, that’s quite a stretch. She’s been an adult for quite some time now, and if she wants to carry water for her mom, that’s perfectly normal. Especially since the misrepresentation and spin control apparently comes with the Clinton genes.
