If ever there was an illegal, kangaroo-court proceeding, it was the case of a serial drug-smuggler’s word being accepted over that of two men sworn to uphold the law. The fact that the smuggler was given a cross-the-border-free pass and other preferential treatment is highly suspect, too, as was pressure put on the court to ignore/seal testimony and allow the government persecutors to distort the facts, over and over.

I’m not really surprised you would take this erroneous view. After all, the MSM proclaimed Ramos and Compean guilty, and neither MM nor Rash Limbaugh or any other “conservative pundits” bothered to get involved.
