Every swinging one of those dweebs interviwed could not hold a real soldier’s jockstrap. I was an enlisted army aviation crew chief in Vietnam in 72 and cannot believe the same pathetic type hippie pukes from the 60’s still keep surfacing year after year. I wonder if those sissies ever have a difficult time looking at themselves in a mirror. God help us all.

Unfortunately the UCMJ does not apply to former members of the military. Lt William Calley was caught and convicted in a military court because he was still in the military. These “ahem” “gentlemen” are obviously civilians now.

These clowns will not testify under oath now because that would open them up to civilian perjury laws.

They think they’ll make a name for themselves as some sort of “human rights” advocate with people congratulating them for their efforts. That’s all. They live under the delusion that the accusation is enough. (The way things are in this country, that’s enough). The only thing that surprised me was no effort to wave at the camera and say, “Hi, Mom.”

A kid from my hometown got a full ride at Notre Dame with the commitment to serve as an officer with the US Navy right after.

He skipped out on his commitment, claiming an objection to nuclear arms and conscientious objection. When the Navy reassigned him to a supply ship hundreds of miles from Iraq, he ran away to a “resistance” group in San Francisco.

Are these bearded gentlemen from the same school of thinking, or perhaps some of them are discharges due to mental reasons?

ART. 134. GENERAL ARTICLE

Though not specifically mentioned in this chapter, all disorders and neglects to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the armed forces, all conduct of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces, and crimes and offenses not capital, of which persons subject to this chapter may be guilty, shall be taken cognizance of by a general, special or summary court-martial, according to the nature and degree of the offense, and shall be punished at the discretion of that court.(emphasis added)

epodug #12 you beat me to it. The UCMJ and Manual for Courts Martial are both a great way to anyone dumb enough to make a false official statement. In my long association with the Air Force I have seen more than one fool charged, tried, and found guilty for this offense. Goes along with that pesky “Thou shall not bear false witness” commandment along with those other 9 most modern Western laws are founded upon.
