Mohammed Atta threw barbeques for his neighbors. Would that have knocked any time off his sentence if he’d actually survived to stand trial for flying a plane full of innocent people into a building full of innocent people?

Judge Kugler is hoping a democrat wins the WH, so he’s setting himself up as a good liberal judge with hopes of getting into the SCOTUS. 20 months for a terrorist. He’ll be out of prison in no time, back to being a “good man” again.

Well, if McCain, along with the other 2 dems. has his way, closes Guantanamo and brings the terorrists to US soil, as he has stated, all of them will get to appear in front of our wonderful judiciary, judges like this guy, who will give terrorists lite sentences or releasing him.

You know we have the best legal system in the world.

Yeah, when it is used the proper and intended way. This judge would have found “good” in Charles Manson and John Wayne Gacy.

The only good I can see is when Abdullahu and this “judge” are good and gone.

Heck, he should have been sentenced to time served but kept in custody until him and any family members of his could be deported.

The $$$ spent to give him 3 hots and a cot the next 9 months would be better spent on our returning GIs from the Middle East.

Agron Abdullahu is a lucky man in this day and age. In World War II they would have been assembling (at this time) one of two things – a gallows or a firing squad.
