You know what it’s going to take turn this country around? Its going to take people like all the contributors to this blog to start getting involved in government. Everyone here seems to have all the correct answers to everything so what do you say we stop complaining about everything, get off our duffs, and start changing things from the bottom up. Lets get involved in local school boards, city councils, county government, and little by little we start making a change. It won’t happen over night, but if all the intelligent people here start getting involved, just maybe after a generation or two we will start seeing some real change and we can bring this country back to the great promise that it once had.
