Thanks, soap.
Keep on keeping on.

As for our Troll who repeatedly employs a lame, affected mode of address; and who remarkably manages to cram several (4-5, by my count) insults into two sentences...if I did not have better manners, I would advise him to take his remarks and blow them out one of his bodily orifices.

Minghui Yu, 24, was killed last Friday night when a 14-year-old boy, apparently on a whim, attacked Yu as he was heading to his Morningside Heights apartment, police sources said.

Yu fought back, then ran off -- only to be hit by a Jeep. He died later that night.

The teen, who is from the Bronx, has been charged with manslaughter and is due back in Family Court Wednesday.

The suspect showed no remorse after his arrests, a detective testified in Family Court, but two of his aunts said that the death was an accident caused by "child's play" and that he is indeed sorry for what happened.

A judge assigned the boy lawyers and decided he would be tried as a juvenile offender in Family Court.

As the suspect was being held inside the 26th Precinct, a throng of photographers gathered outside awaiting his transfer. His mother also waited outside, telling photographers to leave him alone and that Yu’s death was not his intention. “He’s only 14! He’s only 14!” she shouted.

He's not a full growed criminal.

I saw Mrs. Shaw's interview last night and all I can say is how sorry I am for her family's tremendous loss.

I would also like to point out and how needless and preventable that loss was, had the immigration laws - already on the books - been enforced!

My very best to this brave female soldier and her mission in Iraq.

On April 9th, 2008 at 12:16 pm, granite said:
Am I the only who has noticed the conspicuous LACK of posting (except, perhaps, for one by a possible part-time affiliated member) by our ususally dependable buffoon-relief team of Trolls on this thread, as well as on the thread on W. Va. Senator (in the etymological sense of the word), and on the thread discussing the attack on free speech in Canada?

Where are they?

Why are they so silent?

Great question? When it comes time to show outrage over something like this, they are strangely quiet. Congratulate Michelle? Strangely quiet. Wish Michelle well when she is sick? Strangely quiet.

If he had not "trolled for trolls", I would have. So, dakine is going after granite now. I feel so abused.

To answer the question; yes, I noticed.

Bhishma, I might come as a surprise to you, but the White House is not the seat of government and Bush is not our dictator. A whole lot of blame can be placed on Congress and SCOTUS too. Let's say that Bush decided to really clamp down on illegals. How far do you think it will go, with the Congress and local city/state governments today? Pelosi and Reid, et al, will slam the door on it real fast. Shouts of racism and "hate-mongering" will ring through the halls, while bills fly through voting to stop him. There would be open defiance in sanctuary cities. Somehow, people think that whatever the WH says, goes...not in this government. We have a system of checks and balances, and there would be a whole lot of "checks" coming out as laws. Oh, Bush could give a nice speech, but that will be how far it gets. The House will make sure no money is allocated, backed up by the Senate. Let's be realistic here.

[...] Michelle Malkin has a nice post about one of the latest incidents involving illegal immigration. As pointed out by numerous sources the alleged shooter has been in the country illegally. To top it off he was just released from jail by posting bail for a weapons charge. Where was the INS in this? Most likely sitting at home due to Special Order 40. Your Tax Dollars at work.
Take a close look and this murder, like many others, comes straignt fromt he White House. Time and again, White House has supported illegals, often at the cost of American citizens, who entrusted their welfare in this corrupt and timid sell-out. Americans made this spoilt, AWOL brat the custodian of their secuity. Taking a cue, states issues driver licenses without any checks and cities turned into 'sanctuary cities' for criminals. Any surprise that innocent blood flows in the streets of these sanctuary cities? And what action does White House take? Imprison border-patrol agents Ramos & Campeon. What side of America is white White House on? Then again, Americans have only themselves to blame for putting a corrupt, timid spoilt rich brat in White House.
