UC Irvine Muslim group holds Al-Arian fund-raiser

By Michelle Malkin  •  April 11, 2008 05:13 PM

What’s your local Muslim Student Union chapter up to these days? At UC Irvine, they’re raising money for “everyone’s favorite terrorist uncle, Sami Al Arian,” reports Jonathan Constantine at Red County:

Thanks to the UC Irvine Muslim Student Union and the greater Muslim community of Orange County, everyone’s favorite terrorist uncle, Sami Al-Arian, get his own hagiographic screening at the Woodbridge 5 Theater on Barranca pkwy in Irvine. The show costs 10 dollars a ticket, and proceeds will go to this scum’s legal defense fund. Among other charges, he is on trial for his involvement in Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and his role in terror attacks responsible for 100’s of deaths in Israel.

I ask readers to please protest the screening. Please voice your thoughts by calling the Theater at (949) 733-0980.

I would say “unbelievable”, but it isn’t.

When will our fellow, misguided Americans pull their heads out of their rears?

UN-Freakin-Believable. I guess the easiest way to make money is say that you hate America and then ask the liberals and Democrats to help support you. Armored trucks will start rolling in full of cash.

Can anyone in the SoCal area get their hands on some of that gas the Russians used in the Nord-Ost theater? Just curious. ;)

Dear Judge, because he is muslim, we the undersigned declare that Sami Al-Arian is exempt from the U.S. legal system and therefore should be immediately released and given an apology by the local, state and federal governments. And maybe a couple hundred grand for his trouble. /sarc

Why don’t they just say what the mean?

I read a little about this guy and I don’t know why the govt. just doesn’t execute the deportation order on him now. Get him out of the country and stop wasting taxpayer money.

The enemy is here and working hard to destroy us from within. I wish we had a government that was really interested in defending this nation, but I guess they are too busy blowing smoke up our butts about doing something about criminal illegal invaders instead of Jihadist terrorist enablers.

I can’t wait for Sami’s local paper, The St. Petersburg Times to print this story - along with all of the other wah-wah about how unfair he’s been treated. He is a criminal and a terrorist and believes in the ‘Death to Israel’ mantra.

Amazing how idiotic many people can be. It seems to be the “in thing”(as we used to say in the ’60s), to be anti-American again. People get only slanted, biased news, make stupid assumptions from it, and start protesting, supporting causes.
