Yes, it’s true. The left-wing anti-patriots at MoveOn.org, who didn’t think twice about handing jihadists potent ammunition the day before the sixth anniversary of 9/11 with their despicable attack on Gen. Petraeus, are now worried about actions that “hurt the country.”
Dangerous, perilous, damaging, harmful actions…like having a Democrat debate moderated by journalists who aren’t complete and total sycophants.
Heaven forfend!

Issue the Important Action Alerts ASAP!
The Soros water-carriers say they will run an ad against ABC–Charlie Gibson and George Stephanopoulous photoshopped as Hitler and Eva Braun? Nah, too subtle–if they gather 100,000 signatures.
And, of course, MoveOn blames Karl Rove:
Moderators George Stephanopolous and Charlie Gibson spent the first 50 minutes obsessed with distractions that only political insiders care about–gaffes, polling numbers, the stale Rev. Wright story, and the old-news Bosnia story. And, channelling Karl Rove, they directed a video question to Barack Obama asking if he loves the American flag or not. Seriously.
Enough is enough. The public needs the media to stop hurting the national dialogue in this important election year. Can you sign the petition to ABC and other media outlets and pass it on to friends who are also fed up?

After his dismal debate performance, he’s actually gaining traction in the lunatic world of the left. If the guy studders on a debate question, how’s he going to respond with his finger on the trigger?
Liberalism is truly a mental disorder. I’m still dumbfounded that half of this country suffers from mental illness. How have we survived this long?
Thank goodness Rove is on our side and can control everyone and everything, including debater moderators, polls, voting machines, news coverage, the weather, and the Earth’s magnetic field. What I can’t figure out is how exactly Rove telepathically got Wright to damn America on TV. Rove is an evil genius, I tell you, and he’s our evil genius to boot.

Just thinking out loud here…Could ABC be making a move to compete for the “Fair and Balanced” croud? If they keep doing things like this it could help ratings for sure…but would it be a ligitimate change in bias or just a scant bit of pandering for fair minded thinkers… Time will tell, but I will give them a chance.

Take it for what it is, the left is in the midst of a full-blown identity crisis. By that I mean their identity is finally being exposed to the majority of the public.
As their candidates travel even farther left, it is inevitible that moderates, if there is such a thing, democrats would finally get a view of the real direction their party has gone.
Senator Obama is more virulently left than even many in their own party can stomach.
Senator Clinton is only a step or two behind him, but even she can see where he is going to lead this movement, if he is given the chance.
Since much of the left’s funding for groups such as “MOVE-ON” comes from overseas as well as domestic socialists, it is no wonder they would be in an uproar over the exposure of their Manchurian Candidate.
The left cannot stand up to the harsh light of critical questioning. The truth is that they never could.

I was amazed that Charlie Gibson was aware of the effect lowered capital gains have on the Treasury…that he actually used that fact in a question to a donk, well that’s just short of a miracle!!!

I mean, we shouldn’t care if a candidate has a history of fabricating events, or association with (former) terrorists, or why they continued to attend a church with a rabid pastor. I do agree that the media has not asked any tough questions. Here are some I would like them to ask.
Do you think the Constitution is “living document”?
Do you think a Supreme Court Justice should use International law when deciding a case?
How should the military be transformed in order to deal with both terrorism and the rise of Chinese military strength?
There are many more very important question that actually have to do with duties of the President as enumerated in the Constitution.

I do agree with move on with one thing, the issue of illegal immigration was avoided. Mostly because their messiah fillibustered so much answering his character flaws.
Imagine Charlie Gibson, or Georgie asking the Hildabeast and the empty Barrack about the overall drain on most, if not all US citizen tax provided services due to illegal immigration on our country.

Moveon.org is out to get ABC for asking the Obamination real question about real issues that have finally popped up their radar screen through this too long campaign cycle that define his character, associations, and fitness to hold political office. His responses showed the rest of the world the empty suit we know him to be. Today I heard on Fox & Friends that he doesn’t want to do any more debates. What the heck is the anointed one going to do when he has to debate the grumpy old man beside spout empty feel good phrases from a fawning MSM only throwing softball questions to him.
Maybe the DOJ needs to go after Soros for his meddling in the election process. At least for now he has thrown millions of dollars down a hole and still fails to get any return on his investment. May his losing trend continue! I wonder if Karl Rove gets any sleep at all he is so busy running around behind the scenes controlling the weather, media, and political process how does he get any rest?

The best part about all of this, is hearing the libs whine that the important topics weren’t debated. If you haven’t heard them talk about the economy, Iraq, and healthcare by now, then you are too clueless to matter. Why do we need to hear them babble the same talking points, they have used in every other debate. Besides, they never give a direct answer to any of those questions anyway, just “We need change”.

Barack Obama has no business running for President of the United States. He’s a lightweight with no substance and wouldn’t have gotten this far if he wasn’t black. His way of dealing with justifiable criticism is to attack the ones who dare criticize the exalted one and God help us if he actually gets elected.
So, I guess as far as the nutroots are concerned ABC is the new Fox News.
What is important now is for conservatives to get the message out about just how these bastions of the Democrat party are acting, and in that regard they still have an uphill battle. None of the other “Brothers in Arms” networks or fellow travelers in the Mass Market Media are going to call any attention to the way these folks are acting or any way connect them to the Democrats.

There are such things as the right questions and the wrong questions. How do you know them apart? Simple, if you ask a question and get attacked all over the place by people(?) screaming that you asked the wrong question; then you know you asked the right question.
I would think that MoveOn would want to stick with questions that avoid the issues. Just imagine how quickly Obama will sink in the polls when the non-quiche-eating parts of the country are finally exposed to his stands on the following:
1) War in Iraq: pull out in months no matter what the consequences are.
2) Taxes: raise them. And oh by the way, the rise in capital gains from 15% to 28% will hit everybody who owns a home. That’s right, that equity you think you have will be 28% lighter at close of escrow.
3) Missile defense, nuclear weapons, advanced weapons system: drastically cut or eliminated.
4) Supreme Court judges: will make Ruth Bader Ginsburg look like a right wing conservative by comparison.
Etc., etc.

It’s true that the debate focused more on the character of each candidate than the issues. Why is that? Because they’re almost exactly the same on the issues!
If they were asked the standard questions about Iraq, or housing bailouts, or Social Security, they’d sound basically the same. I read recently that primaries are more about character than positions, and this is a perfect example of that.
I think ABC did a good job of turning the heat up on the candidates and trying t find out what’s beneath the surface – which at this stage is what’s most important for the Democrats. When you have to candidates whose politics are essentially the same, you have to examine other things, like their pasts and how they do under fire.
So, let me see if I understand. Accusing Bush, Cheney, Rummy, Rice, etc., etc., etc. of murder is not hurting America. But asking relevant questions of democrat politicians is?

You know, I have to wonder why some people even bother to call themselves Americans any more. America is not just a piece of real estate, it’s an idea. When you openly despise the founding principles of this nation, can you still make the argument-logically-that you’re an American?

But then again most liberals would be overjoyed if our policies mirrored France’s. If they want to deliver their “ultimatum,” we should jam phone lines, e-mail addresses and such, and let ABC know that this is what the American public wants to see. At this point in the campaign, no one needs another rehash of policy. We’ve heard all that, and we can read it on the websites of the candidates. What we need to know is the character of the candidates. Obama’s character is being unveiled layer by layer. What is emerging is nothing but another leftie 60s wannabe, whose friends and associates are far outside the mainstream. THAT is what’s important to know at this stage, and ABC did a good job of bringing that out for the public to see.
The thought of people with this mindset running our country is truly horrifying.

Reflecting back on the Clinton / Obama debate on ABC, the moderators asked the right questions and exposed or confirmed that Obama wants to take away our guns, raise our taxes and associates with weathermen terrorist and attends a church that is anti-American and preaches hate and racism.
But ABC failed to ask Obama about his association or support from another anti American organization, the cyber terrorist group that goes by the name of Moveon.org.
What really needs to happen with Soros, is investment rules need to be changed and his influence must be investigated by a bi-partisan commission.
When he is found in violation of the law, he needs to be prosecuted. I am sure there are countries in europe that can provide much needed evidence of this nuts corruption.

We already know where BO and HR stand on Iraq (leave, ASAP, regardless of the consequences) and the economy(raise taxes). No need to spend any further energy on those topics.
