MM: “Can this campaign be saved?”

I’m an old fart compared to MM (but a long-time D.C.er, for what it’s worth), so I can only compare this incredible situation to the period of time in 1992 when questions about WJClinton’s sexual antics were bandied about publicly.

I can only hope that in the interim, due to a) MSM tanking and b) New Media etc, we see an American public not as complacent or indifferent.

The source noted that the roots of Wright's disillusionment with Obama began last year after the Illinois senator unexpectedly yanked him from participating in the public announcement of his presidential campaign. "That's why Jeremiah revealed . . . that he had actually been at the [announcement] hotel and prayed privately with the Obama family before the official declaration," the source told The Post. "Rev. Wright, as well as other senior members of his church, believe that Obama has betrayed over 20 years of their supposed friendship."

This makes sense to me.

nyk, you’re absolutely right… i didn’t mean to imply all A-A’s.. my bad.. i meant just the cracker-hating, grievance-addicted, Wright-minded radical racist crowd… which unfortunately does not seem to be an inconsiderable number, judging by Wright’s support at NAACP, etc…

I tried my hand at running for office once. That was enough for me.

The other side spread so many lies about me I started to question myself. And, mine was just a race in local government.

30 is spot on…

…politics is a cuthroat/stab-you-in-the-back type of business…

It can be an ugly adventure, if/when someone ever decides to try their hand at it.
