Hackish tool cruelly mocked (BUMPED)
It takes a special kind of man to make his debut into the national spotlight by asking a war hero whether he once called his wife a you-know-what. A special kind of person to stand up with the cameras rolling and, collateral damage to innocent ears be damned, drop the c-bomb. Hello, America! I’m Marty Parrish, and I like to say c**t!
How do they find these people? Are they grown in secret hydroponic labs deep within the Democratic Underground? Well, The Nose on Your Face has a look at the selection process for the Democratic party’s squad of reputational-suicide filth commandos.
We look for someone who’s got that perfect blend of personal failure, thirst for fame, and all-around lameness. When we discovered Marty’s Windows profile page, we realized we’d found the perfect man-child.
Here’s John Gibson toying with Parrish like a cat with a dead gopher. Gibson establishes right off that the guy’s an Obama supporter and then it’s off to the races.
____
Oh, speaking of tools–Obama’s still running, or stumbling and lurching in a cheap-beer daze, from his arugula-filled past:
Visiting VFW Post 1954 in North Liberty, Ind. yesterday evening for a “mix and mingle” photo op, Obama suddenly had nothing but booze on the brain. “I’m going to see if I might get a beer in there,” he announced, unprovoked, as he strode through the parking lot–with an armada of pool photographers in tow. Arriving inside, the senator immediately told the crowd why he’d come: “I’m not going to give a speech or anything, I just want to stop by … and maybe get a beer as well.” Still, he managed to shake a few hands–before abruptly noticing that the cameramen were “blocking the bartender.” “I’m going to have a Bud,” he declared with a quick glance at what the assembled vets were drinking. “I’m going to vote for you if you drink Budweiser,” shouted Vic Vukovits, who works for Anheuser-Busch.
Yeah, that sounds spontaneous and unscripted.
(Actually, he makes a fair point there about the gas-tax holiday.)
__________
UPDATED AND BUMPED: Gateway Pundit made a nice little catch about the other foul-mouthed preacher in Barack Obama’s life:
I hate to pile on, but…well, actually Mr. Parrish makes it easy. And it’s nice to know the Baptists aren’t keeping toolish hacks like Parrish in their pulpits.

Now if he would actually sit down with the vets who have fought and bled to defend the Constitution, maybe he would have some actual understanding of what it really means and just how valuable that “piece of paper” really is. Although, last I heard, you actually had to be a VETERAN to get into a VFW post. As best as I can recall, he has not been
promotedcommoded to Commander In Chief as of yet … and as the good Reverend Wrong says … no military service … no patriotism?Oh wait, the D behind the name gets a free pass right? I do not really want to see what it would look like if B. Hussein Obama tried to be all that he could be … though he may very well end up being an army of one.
If I’m not mistaken, Cindy McCain owns a large part of Budweiser, BUD. Did bho realize this? He just helped jm wife make more money and gave Cindy lots of free advertisement by bho ordering a BUD. Gotta love it!
L
Ummm… who invited him into the VFW and allowed him a drink?
He aint a Vet… he had to be invited.
And a photo Op inside a VFW Hall? Who in the VFW approved this?
I feel “more dumber” from having listened to that Soros stooge and then the Brainiac caller after the interview.
Folks the other side never tires and their wave after wave of half-witted morons have to be uncovered. When ever one of these fools show themselves we must shine the light of truth on them.
Pwned. Hard.
John Gibson delivered a verbal knock out to Mr. Parrish. That idiot’s ears must have been bleeding.
Wow, That guy is a Baptist Minister!!!????
feebiebabe–
I think he’s a liberal first and a Baptist second. A lot of liberal preachers seem to need their naughty-word filter replaced, e.g. Rev. Jeremiah Wright.
I had one like that once. Smart guy, just occasionally enjoyed shocking the “squares” by dropping the s-word from the pulpit. It was in England, though, so maybe their rules are different.
Are we sure this guy is a minister? Has it been independently verified or are we just going on his word? Forgive me but my b.s.ometer goes off when a caller feels compelled to give their resume on a talk show. It’s like the “I’m a lifelong Republican but….” calls I hear all the time. Some people think it makes their opinion sound more valid.
Wonder if he knew that the national VFW is speaking out against illegal immigration and just came out with a 40 page book on their website.
Check it out. Download a copy or contact the VFW for hard copy.
No wonder he just wanted a beer. Didn’t want to talk or answer questions….
These so-called “operatives” have the right to vote. Thank God SCOTUS has agreed that photo ID can be required! I don’t expect it to become law in CA, NM, or NY anytime soon! It’s already required in TX!
Opps, it’s the American Legion. Here’s the link. acy@legion.org.
Southern Baptist minister? Engaged? Somehow or another I can’t imagine he won’t be hearing from his fiance and his fellow Southern Baptist ministers.
As for Obama in a VFW… Wouldn’t that be akin to a Wiccan going to church? It just doesn’t fit. What’s next? Hillary joining Happy Housewives of America?
Most Dem supporters are ill educated and generally incapable of learning, formally or through experience…The Dems do their handouts to keep these people dependent on them and that dependence, in turn guarantees a Dem vote…Engaging them in conversation only enables them to show off and display what they consider intelligence…Little do they understand how quickly they are exposed as beneath stupidity…Even to the average person, these cretins are just blatantly dumb….near subhuman to such a degree, you may as well converse with a fish…
The legion broke the law by serving him unless he was invited and accompanied by a member…anyone check membership cards? North Liberty is a little place that you have to want to get to, so they probably picked the town for a visit to the Legion because of the name “Liberty”. I wish I new about THAT stop. I have a member card!
p.s. Bill Clinton was in Plymouth Indiana today, very close to Liberty.
I caught this “interview” en route yesterday and had to pull over because it was so lopsidedly hilarious.
I guarantee that Mr. Marty Parrish will be spending the rest of his life saying, “Oh! When John Gibson said what he said, I should have said…Hey Gibson, the jerk store called, they’re running out of you!“
On the latest episode of Top Chef the contestants had to buy ingredients for a healthy meal for a family of four at Whole Foods with a budget of $10 prompting me to observe, “I guess they won’t be serving any arugula.”
If the Obamination really wanted to impress the locals why didn’t he slam a shot of whiskey just like “she who must not be named?” I guess she is more of a man then he is. My big question is did he thank the veterans for their service while he was invading the Veteran’s of Foreign Wars club with his entourage.
Your right Boomer. I don’t think Hillary is the one that sits down to pee.
As to the preachers credentials, Baptist ministers are ordained, not licensed. Gotta wonder about his rating on the IQ meter. My experience has shown me that no true man of God stoops to the level of cursing, ranting and raving we have seen during this circus we call an election campaign.
The interesting thing about this guy is, that he actually has the nerve to throw vile profanities into the face of a presidential candidate (and in front of hundreds of people), yet he seems to be unable to come up with even one straight and logical sentence when questioned about his behavior…
At least part of his statement at the townhall meeting seems to have been actually correct – his question really was about mental health!
McCain has an uncontrollable temper and often uses profanities. Someone asks an embarrassing question about this. What’s the Republican noise machine defense?
Deflection and personal destruction. The guy who asked the question is a bad person. Even though he doesn’t matter and the McCain character does, it’s his drawbacks you end up discussing.
So lgm lets just see what happens when a McCain supporter ask a similar question. I am sure you have not tried to deflect any of this Rev Right stuff by attacking Fox News, right?
Oh, that’s predictable. I’d ask you to look for and point out any “In Praise of McCain” articles on this site. There aren’t any. You know as much. Nobody here is really defending McCain…we KNOW he has a nasty temper. The point is the stooge used to ask that question, purely in an attempt to cause a scene. If he REALLY wanted to know, he could have phrased the question about fifty different ways, to avoid use of the word, to cite the source…all kinds of things.
I think John McCain is a jackass. But, I think he is the best choice when compared to Obama and Clinton.
When politicians drink, hands get kissed and babies get shook. It’s not pretty.
Budweiser? Is he kidding?
Boy oh boy….
B. Hussein’s friends are a scary anti-american bunch, all quite similar in thought and hate.
And now it seems as if many of ” I did not have spiritual relations with that man” obama’s enthusiastic followers are more dummer than most.
I’m glad they at least have to have a picture I.D. to vote. (unless of course a more dummer person is the one doing the I.D. checking)
So Marty Parrish is another irreverent gift that keeps on giving, eh?
“Marty Parrish” sounds like a really pathetic character on the old ‘Second City” Comedy Show.
this tool is also asking for money on his blog.
typical liberal indeed….

Caution…Obamessiah bubble-popping moment. Obama occasionally uses harsh or “juicy” swearwords. Anyone swearing has lost self-control, unless they just enjoy wallowing in filth.
Now we can debate which is worse.
John did a good job with this plant. Remember the
“Youtube debates?”
There I was just reading along, picking up on everyone’s thoughts on this post by see-dubya and…..BAM……there was the comic relief in comment #22. It’s amazing how it just pops up in the strangest places.
Barry F.,
Once upon a time LGM told us he was like Tinkerbelle, always there.
Read into that whatever you want. And he did state that several months ago on another thread.
Tinker Bell, huh?
How in the world did I miss it when he called himself Tinker Bell?! ROFLMAO
I have a premonition that Mr. Parrish’s 15 minutes are not going to end well for him. He seemed dazed on confused on John Gibson’s show. He is begging for money. Apparently, his license to minister was issued before going on a summer mission activity when he was in high school.
If his temper were so “uncontrollable,” why didn’t he snap when asked this question? He showed admirable control.
Huh. That sounds precisely like your comments here, particularly the deflection part, where you try to deflect reasonable discussion in direction you want them to go. And the person who asked the question is a bad person and a liberal Obama supporter, lest we forget.
Almost forgot: don’t the Clintons (both of them) have a reputation for “uncontrollable temper and use of profanities?”
At least McCain only lashes out verbally. The Clintons have a casualty list.
When Mr. Parrish stands before the Almighty to account for his actions of this life, he will think Mr. Gibson’s questioning was a walk in the park.
Heh….John should have been working for free that day. The bonehead made it TOO easy! I think it was Twain that said..”It’s better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and prove it beyond a doubt”. Jeez…these people are nuttier than squirrel sh%t!
Common senjse people….it should rule the world!
Gateway Pundit has an e-mail from Pastor Kirkland of First Baptist Church of West Memphis, Arkansas with more on Marty Parrish:
http://gatewaypundit.blogspot.com/
Seems we have 3 candidates with tempers and the use of profanity. Looks like we get to vote for one of three “Andy Jacksons”.
SHoward said:
lgm said people here treat problems like global warming like Tinkerbell — thinking they will go away if you stop believing in them.
As for the guy who asked the c-word question: is this politics or People Magazine. The guy is not involved in politics. He is not on the ballot anywhere and does not advise anyone. The only thing that matters about him is the question and how it was answered and what that says about McCain. Nothing about the guy himself — does he pay he rent or own a dog — will change that. Whether he’s a good or bad person, the question is the same.
Really? How do you conclude that? He sure was before, as he was involved in the Biden campaign. I don’t know if he is or is not involved in Hillary’s or Obama’s campaign, but I believe he’s being used by someome to cause a stir. Frankly, the guy doesn’t seem capable enough to come up with this himself, unless he cleared it with his fiancee first.
Sorry, but I have neither sympathy nor respect for John McCain, Democrats, Republicans, RINOs, or Baptists so I am not able to comment on this topic.
To answer the questions posted earlier concerning how Obama got into a Veterans Club to begin with:
Here in Illinois, almost all of the VFW’s and American Legion’s are ‘open’ clubs. You can just walk-in off the street and get served. You can’t attend the meetings unless you’re a member, but other than that one day a month, it’s belly-up-to-the-bar. I have no idea why they’re like that in this state, I just moved here a couple years ago and don’t get time to go to them anyway. I ‘heard’ it was because the business was so bad, they had to open to the public or they’d go out of business.
Not only that, but the few times my wife and I have been to any Veteran’s club here, we’ve found the few patron’s are decidedly liberal. Even the patron’s who were actually veterans. That alone was enough to make me want to stay home.
D-bag.
Oh spare me. If there was an anecdote about Senator Obama calling his wife a “cunt” and a “trollop” and someone had the cajones to ask him about it at a photo op, you’d be calling him/her a great hero doing this country a great service.
Senator McCain’s temper is not news to anyone on either side of the aisle. If he spoke to his wife in such an abusive way, he is certainly not fit to be president.
And, by the way, John Gibson is the dumbest man in media. I wish foxnews.com still featured his “My Word” segment at the bottom of their webpage. It was consistently funnier and more outlandish than The Onion.
LGM,
I know you made a statement similar to that about GW — go back farther. Someone was blathering something like “why are you even here,” or something like that.
You made a response that included “I’m always around, like Tinkerbell.”
It was a while ago, but it was funny. I’m not taking anything away from you for it, me being self-deprecating myself and all that, so my comments are intended in good fun when they venture this way.
Now I know you have a sense of humot, because I have seen it peek out once or twice, so I just wanted to elicit some laughs.
As for this maroon that dropped the c-bomb, I thought McCain handled it rather well, given his past inclination to pop-off at people. (I still don’t prefer McCain, if that’s what you’re thinking. Just so you know, I only choose him this time because I do not believe in the policies of Obama or the Hildebeast. We have no good choices this time, IMHO.)
You can’t be serious. Even if it was true, you think harsh language to a spouse is reason to disqualify someone to be president? I wonder what kind of kind words Bill and Hillary shared after Monica’s knee-pad-extravaganza was discovered? Obama has admitted to using curse words quite frequently…so does that make HIM unqualified? Or is the recipient the all-important guide here?
Grasping at straws, you are.
Oh spare us, Rusty: it wasn’t an “anecdote”, it was a vicious innuendo planted by political operatives funded by George Soros and then thrown into McCain’s face in a public forum.
From what Gibson established about the hack, and the hack’s own manifest lies about himself, it’s clear there were no cojones on display here — just idiocy.
but hey, if Rusty wants to identify with an obvious moron who are we to stand in his way?
So what? John McCain *was* a POW. That doesn’t make him any more qualified for anything than any one else.
This man has gone on to BETRAY his faithful wife because she wasn’t convenient to his ambitions. He BETRAYED The Constitution of the United States of America. He has BETRAY the will of the people he’s supposed to represent. He has BETRAYED THE REPUBLICAN PARTY, he has BETRAYED our nation by actively working against its best interest.
So McCain *WAS* a hero? Probably. But he sure isn’t one now!!
Well, if that’s the measuring stick, sadly, you’ll not find a whole lot of politicians who meet muster. Not defending it, but in the big picture, it’s not that huge of a deal. Not like getting blowjobs in the Oval Office, though.
Details, please. Of what do you speak?
Again, details, please. There are a LOT of things I don’t like about McCain. I didn’t vote for him in my primary. But of the three left, he is clearly the best of the three, at least to me. Doesn’t mean I have to like him, or that I agree with him on everything. I don’t.
Too, too funny shooter. ROFLMAO. Looks like a really great bumper sticker to me.
