Details, please. Of what do you speak?

He has BETRAY the will of the people he’s supposed to represent. He has BETRAYED THE REPUBLICAN PARTY, he has BETRAYED our nation by actively working against its best interest

Again, details, please. There are a LOT of things I don't like about McCain. I didn't vote for him in my primary. But of the three left, he is clearly the best of the three, at least to me. Doesn't mean I have to like him, or that I agree with him on everything. I don't.

So what? John McCain *was* a POW. That doesn't make him any more qualified for anything than any one else.

This man has gone on to BETRAY his faithful wife because she wasn't convenient to his ambitions. He BETRAYED The Constitution of the United States of America. He has BETRAY the will of the people he's supposed to represent. He has BETRAYED THE REPUBLICAN PARTY, he has BETRAYED our nation by actively working against its best interest.

So McCain *WAS* a hero? Probably. But he sure isn't one now!!

Oh spare us, Rusty: it wasn't an "anecdote", it was a vicious innuendo planted by political operatives funded by George Soros and then thrown into McCain's face in a public forum.

From what Gibson established about the hack, and the hack's own manifest lies about himself, it's clear there were no cojones on display here --- just idiocy.

but hey, if Rusty wants to identify with an obvious moron who are we to stand in his way?

Senator McCain’s temper is not news to anyone on either side of the aisle. If he spoke to his wife in such an abusive way, he is certainly not fit to be president.

You can't be serious. Even if it was true, you think harsh language to a spouse is reason to disqualify someone to be president? I wonder what kind of kind words Bill and Hillary shared after Monica's knee-pad-extravaganza was discovered? Obama has admitted to using curse words quite frequently...so does that make HIM unqualified? Or is the recipient the all-important guide here?

Grasping at straws, you are.

LGM,

I know you made a statement similar to that about GW -- go back farther. Someone was blathering something like "why are you even here," or something like that.

You made a response that included "I'm always around, like Tinkerbell."

It was a while ago, but it was funny. I'm not taking anything away from you for it, me being self-deprecating myself and all that, so my comments are intended in good fun when they venture this way.

Now I know you have a sense of humot, because I have seen it peek out once or twice, so I just wanted to elicit some laughs.

As for this maroon that dropped the c-bomb, I thought McCain handled it rather well, given his past inclination to pop-off at people. (I still don't prefer McCain, if that's what you're thinking. Just so you know, I only choose him this time because I do not believe in the policies of Obama or the Hildebeast. We have no good choices this time, IMHO.)

Oh spare me. If there was an anecdote about Senator Obama calling his wife a "cunt" and a "trollop" and someone had the cajones to ask him about it at a photo op, you'd be calling him/her a great hero doing this country a great service.

And, by the way, John Gibson is the dumbest man in media. I wish foxnews.com still featured his "My Word" segment at the bottom of their webpage. It was consistently funnier and more outlandish than The Onion.

To answer the questions posted earlier concerning how Obama got into a Veterans Club to begin with:

Here in Illinois, almost all of the VFW's and American Legion's are 'open' clubs. You can just walk-in off the street and get served. You can't attend the meetings unless you're a member, but other than that one day a month, it's belly-up-to-the-bar. I have no idea why they're like that in this state, I just moved here a couple years ago and don't get time to go to them anyway. I 'heard' it was because the business was so bad, they had to open to the public or they'd go out of business.
Not only that, but the few times my wife and I have been to any Veteran's club here, we've found the few patron's are decidedly liberal. Even the patron's who were actually veterans. That alone was enough to make me want to stay home.

I don't know if he is or is not involved in Hillary's or Obama's campaign, but I believe he's being used by someome to cause a stir. Frankly, the guy doesn't seem capable enough to come up with this himself, unless he cleared it with his fiancee first.

As for the guy who asked the c-word question: is this politics or People Magazine. The guy is not involved in politics. He is not on the ballot anywhere and does not advise anyone. The only thing that matters about him is the question and how it was answered and what that says about McCain. Nothing about the guy himself -- does he pay he rent or own a dog -- will change that. Whether he's a good or bad person, the question is the same.

Gateway Pundit has an e-mail from Pastor Kirkland of First Baptist Church of West Memphis, Arkansas with more on Marty Parrish:

He was licensed by this church at some distant past (he says tin 1980; those who were here at the time say earlier). Marty told me that he was licensed as a teenager just before he left on what was supposed to be a summer mission with some non-Southern Baptist mission in some state other than Arkansas.
