I'm sure they just moved to NM and went to work at the DMV there--they were experienced!! She went to the state DMV and they refused to help her. She said there was a family in there while she was there that where obviously illegal but where given licences with no problem. When she asked the representative why she told her that they got theirs cause their employer required them to have one . She said she would go and have her employer do the same and was informed unless the employer was a farmer that she would not be given a licence. She also told the lady to pull up her photo to verify who she was and the woman refused. It is funny how a honest american can not get a replacement licence but an illegal is allowed have one.
