If this happens, we can’t convict. It will allow terrorist lawyers (Called Disclosure) to have access to our intel, spy operations, and depose the CIA and Undercover witnesses. I have a suspicion that the depositions will sound like this…

“You testify…we behead you and your family”…see you in court…maybe!!??!!??
