Don't have time to read all the comments. I recently quit a part-time job with Carter's - they make clothes for infants and children. One of the newer items before I left was a collection of "organic cotton" blanket and gown/bib/cap coordinates. They were about twice a much as the ordinary blankets and gown sets. I can sorta understand wanting organic fruits, veggies, meat & dairy, but COTTON?? You're WEARING it, not EATING it!

Alright Strangelove, since you're such an internet genius, I'm sure you're capable of clicking on the Go Green link at the McCain store to view the entire line of Go Green merchandise. Once you do so you'll see that the onesie is available in both green and blue type.

BTW, the word Seriously at the beginning of the post links to the item at the McCain store. And the pic's the same.

I'm sure Michelle will graciously accept your apology.

In other words you avoided my original reply to your post because?:
A) You are hopelessly unarmed to actually debate science.
B) You know what I posted is correct but you are a paid shill for Al Gore or Maurice Strong or Oprah or GE(NBC), etc.
C) You really only came here to get the chance to hurl ad hominems because it makes you so 'happy'.

Actually, hasn’t “Organic” been exposed as being less green?

All plant matter is organic. :)

But USDA-certified "organic" cotton requires about three times as much water for irrigation as traditional cotton, yes.

StrangeLove said:
Now .. go carry on … drive your SUV around the block a few times and toss your McDonalds cheeseburger wrappers out the window to show how anti-green you are. We’re all proud of your intentional pollution.

Typical liberal subterfuge. SUV's and litter are two separate things. I don't like litter; I call the police all the time to try to catch people who dump their old TV's, air conditioners, car batteries, etc. behind my shop.(Waddaya wanna bet they're low life on perpetual welfare who vote straight democrat for the handouts? My money bought their stuff so of course they think I should have to pay to dispose of it as well!)

1) You didn't address anything I wrote previously. 2)Prove how SUV's "hurt the planet". Get back when you have an answer and not before. BTW, did you take that test yet? It's based on peer reviewed scientific FACTS - what you people miserably lack. For your convenience here is the link again - http://www.geocraft.com/WVFossils/GlobWarmTest/start.html
