   Here is a link to a trailer for a DVD that I believe is going to be at the festival. You can order the DVD. If the movie is as good as the trailer, it should be an awesome movie.

   Hopefully events like this will encourage more of-age men to enlist rather than just giving Soldiers a pat on the back saying, “we support the troops.” Nothing like hearing, “oh, I could never do that” or “I don’t know if I’d want my boys doing that army stuff” to bring a little encouragement to your day. Want to motivate a Soldier? Enlist, praise his accomplishments despite the hardships (rather than talking about hardships alone), and get the rest of the government to shoulder their share of this task. Frankly, we’re tired of the empty “We Support the Troops” marquees and bumper stickers.

    It’s more like locked into my brain, everytime I see a Marine hear about a Marine the song pops into my head, I have the same reaction to it when I hear it. I am honored to have served my country under the name Marine. Uhra! Semper Fi

    Instead we’ve spent at least five years looking for the My Lai Massacre of today, the soldier/killer who comes apart back in the States and kills self or others, etc., etc., etc. What a shame, with so many wonderful military folks doing so many good and brave things.
