As a side note, I would note that in 2006 Democrats raised objections about two digits in the DRA. There are 8,332 words in Title III of the Farm Bill.

It’s wrong to try to laugh about this situation and make light of it because it reveals a truly terrible if not horrific abuse of office by Democrats — in neighborhood terms, it reveals a criminal process, someone caught in a criminal act going to extremes to further assualt the witnesses and victim/s.

The Democrats are engaged in a dictatorial process and this behavior is utterly, completely not acceptable. Pelosi should be brought up for impeachment, particularly — I watched yesterday as she tried vainly to giggle her way out of this and I’m thinking that that behavior has suited her purposes for her entire political life but it needs to be confronted in the strongest terms possible.

This all points to the long needed campaign finance reform — you can’t run for office while holding an office.

It can’t get any more blatant when it comes to buying votes with tax dollars.

Of course, the bozos in the GOP can’t oppose spending to buy votes, that’s what they’ve been doing for several years…

OK, $70 Billion for farm subsidies and to idle land during a huge run-up in prices for wheat, corn and rice – all Bush’s fault of course. What, you don’t eat rice? You’re not making ethanol from rice? Huh, maybe other forces are at work – no, it’s all Bush’s fault.

So when prices double, normally as Capitalists we would think that’s an incentive to plant, oh wait, we’re not Capitalists anymore, we await our new Marxist leader…where’s my copy of Das Kapital? We need the Government to be involved. When does this year’s “Five-Year Plan” come out? Will it be in Russian or Spanish? Are left shoes this year or next…
