I find it hard to believe that someone as educated as he’s suppose to be, can be so dumb as to not know what town he’s speaking in. Misname a town once-in-awhile? Sure, but not one after the other.     I think GWB’s problem with formal speeches, may be his speech writers. They do not write his speeches in his style of speaking. He does a much better job at a Q&A off the cuff.
