More foot-in-mouth from Rep. Kanjorski (D-Uuuuuuh)

By see-dubya  •  June 2, 2008 10:19 PM

Does Rep. Paul Kanjorski have a Republican opponent in the coming election?

Because that’s one Republican you shouldn’t donate to.* Kanjorski, most recently seen admitting that Dems liedstretched the facts” about the war, is a gold mine of embarrassing gaffes.

His latest reverse-psychology stumble is here, with more here.

Representative Kanjorski is just like the office building in downtown Nanticoke, PA, named after him - vacant, impossible to get rid of, and dependent upon the good graces of people that can’t make good decisions. That fool should have been voted out of office years ago for amazing ethical lapses, such as funneling money for a research project operated by his nephews.

Ah common See-Dubya, come clean and admit to editing those clips. Nobody is as stupid as that.

If it’s not fixed, where does he keep his cheat sheet to remind him to inhale and exhale?

Reading about this clown was an absolute waste of time, but I was pleased to discover coverage of the Medal of Honor presentation for Ross McGinnis on the Jeff Emmanuel link, which made it worthwhile. How about some coverage of a hero rather than a buffoon?

Buffoon? BUFFOON?? The man who was behind the success of the surge that might.maybe.couldbe. working?

Thank gawd for Dimocraps and the people who believe their every word. Sounds like he has been speaking with Tatum O’Neil.

My mind hurts just thinking about how people can be Democrats.

So, what’s so surprising about this? These feckless weasels are forever duping the American public who simply turn the other cheek and ask for another slug in the kisser. And speaking of stupid, elitist gaffes? How about Cheney’s West Virginia boner?

I may have to donate to his campaign, he keeps dropping himself & fellow Dems. in the fryer. He does a better hit job than any 527 group could hope to accomplish. I suspect he will be taken to the woodshed by the Dem. leaders & soon.

Did you see Chris Wallace’s special on Saturday night? It was called “Porked:Earmarks for Profit”. Wallace nailed Kanjorski to the wall!

It was must see tee vee, but it still made me as mad as a wet hen.

Too bad that Denny Hastert was nailed, too, but if the shoe fits…

I think the founding fathers were far wiser than anyone ever gave them credit for being; only land-owning citizens were allowed to vote, excluding women. As a woman, I am beginning to see the depth and breadth of their wisdom, when folks of this caliber keep getting elected!!

Did anyone read the article by Peter Schweizer in the examiner.com about the difference in the “honesty factor” between liberals and conservatives?

    It’s a hoot…

    here’s some excerpts:

Is it OK to cheat on your taxes? A total of 57 percent of those who described themselves as “very liberal” said yes in response to the World Values Survey, compared with only 20 percent of those who are “very conservative.” When Pew Research asked whether it was “morally wrong” to cheat Uncle Sam, 86 percent of conservatives agreed, compared with only 68 percent of liberals.

Liberals were more willing to “let others take the blame” for their own ethical lapses, “copy a published article” and pass it off as their own, and were more accepting of “cheating on an exam,” according to still another study in the Journal of Business Ethics.

Here’s the full link to the article…

    Enjoy, everyone!

Yes he has a Republican running against him. Lou Barletta, mayor of Hazleton. Haven’t seen too many ads though. Kanjorski beat him out the last time he ran but methinks this year may be different. Lou is known on a national level thanks to his illegal immigration stance.

I would call it a joke, not a gaffe. Cheney knew exactly what he was saying. It was funny.

    Jeff Emanuel.net:

If all else fails, attempt to implement a “slow bleed” strategy (and call it that, for maximum effect!), which will consist of a multimillion dollar anti-military, anti-war campaign combined with legislative action that will slowly but surely deprive the warfighters on the ground in Iraq of the materiél they need to prosecute the war, in hopes that, once they run so low on funding, gear, and supplies that they can no longer effectively fight, President Bush will be forced to bring them home.

    Two things:

(1.) Despite the fact that someone something this low could misled enough of my fellow countrymen into supporting his election to office, I still believe we are a good people - just easily misguided sometimes by the unscrupulous reprobates that apparently over-populate the Democrat Party.

(2.) If the quote below from Congressman Kanjorski doesn’t meet the threshold for treason, then what does? In essence, he is advocating our elected Democrat leaders allow U.S. soldiers - their constituents, our mothers and fathers and brothers and sisters, to be killed in the line of duty in order to score political points against the President!

…deprive the warfighters on the ground in Iraq of the materiél they need to prosecute the war… .
