Can a caliphate school keep teaching on Virginia’s public land? Congressional candidate voted yes. Update: Take a poll!
It’s a private school that gets its money from Saudi Arabia, so they can teach whatever they want, right? And if they’re not state-supported, they’re free to use Saudi textbooks that teach stuff like this:
The authors of a 12th-grade text on Quranic interpretation state that apostates (those who convert from Islam), adulterers and people who murder Muslims can be permissibly killed.
…More generally, the panel found that the academy textbooks hold the view that the Muslim world was strong when united under a single caliph, the Arabic language and the Sunni creed, and that Muslims have grown weak because of foreign influence and internal divisions.
Well, there’s a wrinkle: it’s a private school, but it’s leasing its land from Fairfax County, Virginia. A month ago Fairfax County’s Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to renew the school’s lease.
I italicized “unanimously” because that means the Chairman of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors must have voted for it, and he’s already on my list. His name is Gerry Connolly and as I noted the other day, he wants to keep Fairfax County a welcoming sanctuary for illegal aliens.
And he’s running for Congress, as a Democrat.
Connolly won his primary on Tuesday, and he’ll face Republican Keith Fimian in the general election. I expect the sterling judgment Connolly showed in approving the lease of public land to Wahhabi High will be an issue in the campaign.

If he gets called on it, Connolly can always try saying “Hey, it could be worse. Look at Britain!”

You are correct on that islamic tactic, but I’d have to disagree on your comment about Obama. It would require quite a vast conspiracy among all muslims to help conceal and protect an Obama muslim identity.
A better theory, imho, is that muslims support Obama simply because he, whether intentionally or ignorantly, would further their cause to strengthen islam’s presence in the West.
A weak leader like Obama would result in more legal attacks against and imprisonment for “islamophobics,” while protecting the rights and special privileges for the muslim minority.
What these “useful idiots”, like this Connolly, fail to see is what is down the road for them if or when the Muslims they enable with votes such as this one come to power.
Either he’s going to convert to Islam, pay the jizyah and live as an untermensch, or he’s going to get his head sliced off.

I sure feel sorry for the few legal American citizens unable to flee Fairfax County, VA. Think how MM could describe an orthodox Jewish high school that get’s it’s money from the Zionist occupying entity and is free to use textbooks that say that the Torah prescribes death as the punishment for adultery (it does, but Rabbis have been walking back from this for thousands of years). The Saudi Academy has been there forever, and it schools many very wealthy Arab children. I wonder how much they have given to Connolly’s campaign.

It is always the same. Republicans build up the County, causing many liberals from the New England to move there. Immigrants from around the world move to take advantage of the economic boom. Then they vote like they always have. . .liberal, which has caused all their problems from they came from.
I live in Fairfax County. The supervisor of my district is Pat Herrity who ran as a conservative Republican. And he voting to renew the lease?! This is craziness.

The differences are as follows:
1) Jews don’t want to take over the world or subdue everyone else under Judaism. In fact, converting to Judaism is a chore in and of it self.
2) If you know of a case like this, then by all means share it. Because as far I as can tell, Islam is the only religion where violence is acceptable for it to spread.
Why does the state own this land? If it isn’t going to use if for lawful and necessary governmental purposes, it should sell it and refund the money to the taxpayers. If the school wants it, it can buy it. It’s only a conundrum because the land shouldn’t be controlled by the government in the first place.
