I gotta admit, I'm really surprised that the AP is running an analysis like this, in which they tell just what the mistakes are that Obama is making as a candidate:...

Agreed. How does a church reconcile abortion with Biblical teachings? The sad fact is that these “churches” will answer for their choices. Meanwhile - babies are still being slaughtered.

The liberal churches will tell you that nowhere in the Bible is abortion mentioned. While that is most likely true, consider this: God told his people child sacrifice was an abomination. You see in the OT where certain Hebrew kings and other people "allowed their children to pass through the fire." That means they allowed their children to be sacrificed to false pagan gods.
If abortion isnt child sacrifice, what is it? A child's life is sacrificed because two adults could not control their urges, and now this child is "inconvenient." The socialist democrats worship at the alter of child sacrifice. When a socialist democrat invokes his "god", i wonder - is he/she talking about Baal or Molec, both of whom required child sacrifice.
The fact of the matter is this country is going to be judged for its constitutional "right" to allow our children to pass through the fire.

Can someone please explain to me how the great minds on the Supreme Court can give constitutional rights to self-avowed Islamic killers who were not born in the US, and at the same time say innocent, almost-born children in this country have no constitutional rights?

Hey SCOTUS, how about giving the right of habeas corpus to unborn children who have been given a death sentence without any hearing? Wouldn’t that make sense?

amen brother!

I see more and more "moneylenders" are "defiling" more and more "temples". The churches are, once again, becoming the political pawns of the politicians. It's easier to gain power and prestige by becoming a "pastor" than to run for office. Separation of church and state depends now, on what state and what pc church. It seems a lot of "Houses of God" are dropping that, to just become "churches".

Terry_Jim, exactly right.
The Obamas are on the same mind set as their affiliations and I think we can all recite those affilations by heart.
These buildings are not churches and these "Reverends" are not Reverends.
I will never forget how Obama had no problem with baby killings outside the womb and even made a horrendous statement, like what is the difference?
Of course he and those that think like that are not Christians.
How people can still fall for his and his wife's lines and so called "family values" is amazing.

So that's where Obama got
the idea that he wouldn't want his girls
"punished with a baby"

Whatever you see the Reverend Wright doing,
whatever you hear him saying
is a window into the souls of Barack Obama and Michelle "Aunt Esther" Obama.

The Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice (RCRC) and the rest of them will answer for these millions of murders. Why do the Heathen Rage? They rage because they are Heathen. But there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

I miss Rev. Wright. I hope he returns in Sept to sink the Messiah for good. Hey, at Wright is being his real self. Obama is the phony Chicago politician.

And everyone that thinks Obama is not a re-tread socialist from the 60's, is just plain stupid. Everyone of his ideas are old, proven failures.

My wife and I are sitting here dumbfounded that these so called main stream Protestant churches are OK with murdering the unborn. Then again from our observations since we found out about this radical brand of theology we can’t consider the “Black Libertarian Marxist Churches of What’s Happening Now” to be part of any mainstream religion we could ever follow.

This whole thing used to be debated at great length on the old Coulter board. You could argue until your fingers went numb, and you still couldn't convince any of those liberals that it was inconsistent to be totally in favor of abortion, including partial birth abortion, and adamantly opposed to capital punishment.
