Looks like all the MSM sycophancy isn’t helping her…or her kids.

Give her a break. She can’t help being a bitter victim. It is good for the polls in her demographic of choice.
Given a choice of whom to have a discussion with I would take Michelle Malkin over Michelle Obama any day of the week …
I have always felt both Obamas are elitist liberals that feel they are supposed to be automatically placed in the White House because of who they are …
Guess that’s why they are Dems … the party of entitlement …
As my mother used to tell me: “Nobody likes a whiner.”
Even in the aol poll – which usually tilts far left, she’s running about 62% dislike, 17% uncommitted, and 21% liking her. I guess her makeover on the view didn’t work, huh?
She is bitter and Barack is trying to limit access and improve his image. He doesn’t want anyone getting close enough to find out who he and Michelle really are. It’s too late. We already know who they are and what they are.
No, but she had fun looking pretty! Because that’s what we need in a First Lady.
Just what is it about loudmouthed lawyer spouses that makes them so unattractive?
Any insights Hillary?
Pretty is only skin deep, but Bitterness is to the bone.
In a related note, the more America gets to know John McCain…the less they like him.
Will the Obama’s still support abortion after they find the lawyer gene?
Was your mother a Clarke? Seems familair.
Actually I tried to watch The View yesterday. While I was really too busy I thought it was important to do so. But those idiotic voices were just too much. It reminded of the days my father would sharpen the saw blades. SCREECH-drag-SCREECH-drag. I never did hear mamaObama. But then I am living in Mean America.
Goldwater Knight says, “MO is a maudlin grievance monger. Even a Tammy Faye makeover won’t help her sorry a$$.”
khan makes a good point. the more i hear of all of them, the more likely i’m to actually vote for winnie the pooh….i mean, he’s gotta be viable if they’re going to him for policy right??!?!?!
ROFLMAO
Well, I have to admit that my Mother’s words were less stinging than my Dad’s saying: “You’d better stop that crying or I’ll give you something to cry about.” I haven’t heard too many parents say that in Wal-Mart lately…
Not that I’m endorsing McVain, but – this is funny:
A German alternative newspaper wondered why the Americans would even hold an election based on the following rationale:
“We in Germany cannot figure out why you are even bothering to hold an election.
On one side, you have a b–ch (Hillary) who is a lawyer, married to a lawyer.
Alternatively, you have a lawyer (Obama) who is married to a b–ch, who is also a lawyer.
On the other side, you have a war hero (McCain) who is married to a good
looking woman, who owns a beer company.
Where is the contest here?”
I guess this is just one more thing for MO to give her the victim mentality about.
MO is misunderstanding what it means to be a strong woman. Strong women are secure, confident and worldly. Being outspoken with a bitter and argry demeanor is not a strong woman. MO wants to be in the history books as the first black couple as President and First Lady, while not having a clue as to what that really means. She has to change her heart not just her facade.
#15:
It was funny in other threads when it was attributed to Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands, Australia, England, etc. It’s like those bad email chains your aunt forwards you. D’oh! I forgot Poland.
Cindy Mc Cain is looking better and better—in fact —I’ve always liked HER!
That would be CINDY not John.
Remember, Michelle Obama sat in Wrights hateful church for 20 years as well.
Anyone listening to that marxist crap for 20 years, and not leaving, must believe in the black liberation theology and its ‘future’ in America.
Using this as a base, what else would you, could you, expect from mrs. bho?
And I PROMISE, that is NOT good for the kids.
American got along without Michelle Obama before her self appointed importance, and as we might refer to her baby daddy as an empty suit, she without her wig and best camera angle, could be referred to as an empty thong except for her huge a$$. The more I see of her the more I think she is a transvestite.
BINGO!
Professional victim – with perpetually bad hair.
I think she combines the charm of Leona Helmsley and the keen political insight of Paris Hilton.
“A female lawyer is a monster.”
(I think somebody famous said that, but I don’t know the source.)
I agree with #17: Strong women realize just how tough it is for anyone to make a success of her or himself, regardless of race, and they appreciate the opportunities and advantages that have been made available to them.
Has anyone else noticed how much Michelle Obama resembles Omerosa from the Apprentice?
They do like there beer in Germany.
Glad to see she was subject to such an intense grilling on the View yesterday.
They did ask her about sitting in Wright’s church for 20 years, right?
/
Showing up on a housewifey TV show in a dress talking about how fun it is to be pretty pushed the far left into the “dislike” category–she’s traditional and anti-feminist and evil. *snort*
# 17 you are right on!
Angry and bitter men and women should not be allowed to have power over others.
Name callers are part of the above group. Especially a man who calls his good wife a c _ _ _ >
Where’s Cindy?
She’s in Vietnam trying to raise awareness about kid with facial deformities.
Where’s Michelle?
Home trying to get the Honey Pot unstuck from her husband’s head!
(Hint Michelle! Move his ears!)
I believe, based on the other thread…you mean hunny pot.
I saw the outtakes of her hosting on The View yesterday, and I still don’t know what she said. She began talking, and my mind wandered. She is just not interesting, even when I’m trying to listen!!
Not on that LATimes article they state;
“..Michelle Obama, especially the proud to be an American remark”
Actually the comment was that she had NOT been proud to be an American all her adult life, except for that moment.
Typical lib spin.
Not = Note, sorry.
I think it’s very hard for most Americans to have any sympathy for someone in Michelle’s financial position and educational background who continually gripes about her woes, plus who bashes the US. Those comments aren’t going to go away regardless of the spin and her “man” threatening anyone who voices legitmate criticism of a woman giving political commentary.
Some think Michelle Obama is a good looking woman. IMO, her personality and bitter rhetoric make her ugly.
For the first time in our life, we can be proud of a poll.
I was just watching CNN and they once again repeated the Big Lie (in a story about MO… “Right wing bloggers have even falsely accused her of using the slur ‘whitey.’”
ugh
It goes to show the truth always has a way of bubbling up to the top no matter how hard someone (in this case the MSM) tries to keep it suppressed. Any time I think of her all I can see in my mind is a bitter angry America hating shrew that has been given every opportunity affirmative action can give a person through higher education and a six figure salary and she still can not be satisfied.
Obamarosa
As they say, first impressions are lasting impressions. Hers to me were unfavorable in the extreme ala Cynthia McKinney: entitled and bitchy.
That being said, this election should not be about her at all. I think the reason many are more concerned with her as a first lady than they probably should be is the way Hillary thought she was a co-president with Bill.
My advice Michelle O, (not that you would acknowledge me down here with the common folk), review some game tapes and try to conduct yourself like Laura Bush. And when you go to foreign lands on goodwill missions, don’t embellish (lie about it) later for political points.
New York Daily News headline front page: Stylish Michelle Wows ‘Em in Her $148 Dress
Longbow – funny!
I wonder how many of the dimwitted public actually believe she’s “Changed?” She may stay this way until after the election, and then if Barack Hussein Obama wins, she’ll go back to being the “Hate Whitey and America” MO she is.
What’s that Imus quote?
Yeah, compared to what, or whom? While not unattractive, I wouldn’t consider her attractive. People’s faces tend to show their true emotions, and I can see the bitterness in her eyes, and mouth. Even without her underbite, she has a mean mouth.
It’s telling that the liberal left places so much emphasis on appearance. You are not allowed to view their candidates as they really are…they have to ‘show’ the appearance of civility, compassion, likability, inclusiveness, and intelligence. They orchestrate questioners, photo ops, and have to continually spin what they “really meant.”
For the life of me, I can’t understand why more people, or should I say, sheeple, can’t see through this ruse? I thought it was natural to have this survival instinct.
I don’t know why or how Ms. Obama could be so unhappy with her life or unproud of her country. This is a country of opportunity, and she’s had plenty of it.
She has more than most people achieve in a lifetime.
Ivy league education, marriage, children, great careers, top salary.
So what, exactly is SO BAD about that?
I personally can’t stand someone who has such negative views all the time.
Is there anything she feels is positive in her life?
I personally wouldn’t consider her a positive role model based on her attitude. She needs to knock that chip off her shoulder.
BIG TIME.
That is the point, his rhetoric is designed not only to highlight her feelings, but to change the minds of impressionable young, or even not so young, listeners.
The more people who accept her rhetoric of “change” will then look to her and her cronies for answers.
This is grievance mongering 101.
Nothing more.
Why does she hate us?
are u white? she doesn’t hate you. you just need to submit and let her and her babies daddy tell you what is good for you. now that they are elites it is time to stop entry into that club.
besides, your soul needs saved by Obama (pbuh).
Bitter doesn’t even start to explain this one.

I probably would have stuck with Oprah.

Thanks for this thread Mrs. Malkin. Barack is leading John Sidney in the polls, and now I’ve learned that Cindy is leading Michelle Obama in the First Lady polls.
Gee Willickers, if the polls reflect what will happen on election day, there is a chance that we could wind up with Barack Obama as president and Cindy McCain as First Lady. How bizarre, huh?
Thanks for the heads up.
The angry blacks just try to make us feel guilty and insecure. I wish they’d stop hollering.
Correct spelling: Mee-Shell.
This better illustrates the shell game she,B-Hussein, and their handlers are using to try to con voters.
Wonder just how dumb we voters will prove to be in November.
Oh, this Michelle Obama is just miserable. And if you think she’s bad now just wait to see what she is like when she has the spotlight everyday. I fear that we will all be longing for the halcyon days of the Clinton administration…when Hillary was first lady. This woman is even more annoying that Theresa Kerry…and that’s saying a lot.
I’ll be voting for Juan McAmnesty because – I love my country more than I hate John McCain.
This is why it’s SO incredibly important that we actually look into the information that we read.
The writer of the LA Times article that Mrs. Malkin cites says:
The LA times story links to the CNN article about the First Wives that says this:
Mrs. Malkin, See-Dubya and fellow commenters, notice the difference between the two. The LA Times says that the poll was about how well the ladies are liked. The CNN article actually mentions the COVERAGE.
There is a huge difference.
Even though I don’t hate Mrs. Obama (and for the record, I don’t hate Mrs. McCain either), even I would respond that the COVERAGE of Mrs. Obama has been negative… especially when one examines the coverage of Mrs. Obama after her “proud of this country” remark.
Now also interesting, straight from the Pew Research article, the article goes on to say this:
According to Pew, Mrs. Obama has a higher unfavorable rating. Fair enough.
But it does not say that Mrs. McCain has a higher favorability rating.
OK, so where do we get the Favorable vs. Unfavorable numbers from?
Well ABC just did a poll:
So to summerize, Mrs. Obama (at this current time) has higher favorable rating than Mrs. McCain.
The LA Times was totally, totally incorrect for taking the coverage of the women, and taking away that this was the same as favorability ratings.
While we are on the subject of First Wives, I’m interested in fellow commenters reaction to today’s CNN article in which Mrs. McCain said this:
Wow. Does anyone else here think that the wives should be off limits? I’m interested in knowing.
michelle obama is flat out scary. She is so priviledged but acts like a victim and then tries to make everyone else out like a victim so they console themselves together. It’s actually pretty sickening to watch.
Deep down, I do not feel obama will win. His wife sure doesn’t help him. I still think we have many Americans that aren’t the poor me type which isn’t how this great land was founded upon.
It’s too bad that the conservatives don’t push harder to get our schools straight. It is here where our children are learning victimhood and it takes them a long time to overcome it and that only happens IF they recognize it and possibly have a strong figure in their life to show them hope and how they can create it for themselves.
Where, indeed? – according to the men in my family!
While Mrs. Obama was trying to change her image on the View, Mrs. McCain was trying to improve the world with her charity work in Viet Nam. I don’t see how anyone would choose Mrs. Obama over Mrs. McCain for First Lady.
