YES! The ultimate Obama endorsement! (UPDATED)
Charles at LGF links to this report at the American-based OneFreeKorea, which is a good site I’ve seen linking here a few times. I’m going to wait to light the cigar until it gets verified a little more and we see the whole translated text, but it looks like we’ve got another tyrant endorsement:
The Chosun Sinbo, the mouthpiece of North Korea’s Japanese front organization Chongryon and often for the North Korean regime itself, has announced its preference for Obama over McCain, whom it calls “a variant of Bush” and “nothing better than a scarecrow of neoconservatives,” which is a bit odd considering that the Bush Administration’s giveaway diplomacy is better for Kim Jong Il than even Clinton’s awful performance.
Castro we knew about, and Qaddafi chimed in just the other day, but Kim Jong Il?
I wasn’t expecting that.

Also, OneFreeKorea has updated their link above with a translation of the Korean press release. It’s even more delicious than I had hoped, because it emphasizes the endorsement stems from Obama’s willingness to meet Mr. Ronery sans preconditions:
We will see a better relationship between the U.S. and the Korean Peninsula with Obama, who sternly criticizes Bush and who would meet the leader of Chosun without pre-conditions, than with the “Bush clone” and scarecrow of the neocons McCain.

All of the tyrant nations want to endorse Obama because they know how much he will help them out. He will weaken the U.S. in such a way that destroying us will be a cake walk.
It would be nice to see that the major communist dictators are endorsing Obama along with the pro socialist – media. I can’t stand McCain but I would rather have him that Obama.

Alright – I lost my train of thought on that post – I meant to say that it would be nice to have people wake up and see that these tyrants are endorsing Obama along with the media. That should say something.
Kim Jong Il? You mean the guy who launched Nodong-2 missiles into the East Sea to celebrate the Independence of the United States on July 4th, 2006? Kim is a true patriot and I’m so happy he endorsed the junior senator from Illinois.

This appears to be a variant of the “it doesn’t matter what you do but what you are” line regarding the mental state of those who hate us. Hardly anyone seems to grasp this — other than our astute enemies — that Obama is much closer to what they are, then Bush is, no matter what he does.
I wish this endorsement would have an impact — pardon my cognitive dissonance, but I want Obama to lose while having no desire to see McCain win — but it won’t. It should have an impact, but by now we all realize Obama the Inevitable could be endorsed by Satan himself backed up by dancing demons, and while everyone of the right would shout with joy, not a single MSM sycophant would have second thoughts nor a single supporter of the big O change their mind.

In a few years, the dictators can do what they want. Obama is probably going to win, with a 46 to 40% lead over McCain now, and we’ll get the double whammy of new entitlements and a gutting of the defense budget.
Of course, as entitlements grow, so called discretionary spending, mainly defense, will continue to drop, and the choices about what programs to fund will get harder and harder. The Democrats health care entitlement will cost so much, it’ll be near impossible to restore the military after the Obamunist guts it.

McCain is a very disappointing choice, who won the nomination by having the undivided Dem crossover vote in the early open primaries when the four or five conservative/pseudo conservative candidates split the base vote.
But me, I like the bronchitis versus lung cancer analogy. Electing the RINO is bronchitis, electing the communist is lung cancer. Some common symptoms, but one is a lot worse. People usually survive bronchitis, people rarely survive lung cancer.
And it is everyone’s right as an American voter to cast a ballot for a protest candidate like Barr, but we’re getting either bronchitis or we’re getting lung cancer in January 2009.

Of course, if one’s fortune is already made, and one follows the model of taxing work and production, not money already held, one could be like Ted Kennedy with an inherited fortune and not worry about socialism.
Except why would he think Obama would stop at raising income and capital gains taxes. The death tax is coming back, and a luxury tax on high value items seems quite possible.

I enjoy your posts, see-dubya, so don’t give in to those who want you to toe the party line. Tell the truth as you see it and let the chips fall where they may. Or, as Abraham Lincoln said:
If you criticize McCain because you want him to change some of his more left wing positions (and advisors), it does not mean you support Obama. It means you want him to take more common sense positions that will make him more electable in November. McCain does not change his positions very often but he has on a few things like drilling off our coast and enforcing the border first (at least he says he got the message.) So keep on trying to help him see the light.

The one thing I take comfort in is that loony leftists tend to develop early and severe cases of hubris, which always goes before a downfall. We saw this with Hillary. Just to give you an idea. If the organization paying for the pole wants certain results- such as liberal results in a political pole – they pole the more liberal area codes such as 510, 415..etc….This way they are more likely to get the results they want.

However, the campaign still has more than four months to go, which is plenty of time for the far left to run off the edge of the cliff like Wile E. The other girl, Shimaa Abdelfadeel was the chair of an organization called SAFE at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Back in 2002, her organization hosted a Divestment Conference against Israel. To give you an idea of what kind of conference this was, the crowds’ favorite chant was apparently “Annihilate the Jews!” Oh and the keynote speaker was a man by the name of Sami Al-Arian, who is a convicted Islamic terrorist.
