The judge refused to legislate from the bench. He refused to overturn the proper directive governing police policy. Boo freakin hoo. If you don’t like the directive, vote the bums out. Otherwise, suck it up.

Translation: I agree with this ruling, therefore, this judge gets a free pass.

I thought I would translate this since I speak fluent liberal.

The generic solution to court activism seems simple. Congress should pass a law that says rulings that create a point of law only last for 5 years times justices in the majority.

It’s long past time that the legislative body take back their power which was unilaterally declared to belong to the Judicial branch by the judicial branch. If Congress passes a law to the contrary and gets the executive to sign it, they’d have the majority on this issue.

Actually Weary Citizen they have in many, many cases moved here so you have a perfect example of what you laid out already. We end up with the retched refuse of other states and have for several decades now. That’s why some people say we are rude you bet we are we know who these people are we know where they came from and in many instances we know what they did to get booted back home. If you had these people in your state you would become rude too. They don’t fit in here with us, they don’t agree with us, you can see it in the propositions we regularly put forward and pass only to see these rats usurp the will of we the people. The society killing lib garbage was developed in the North East and is, if you research it, on display there even before WWII. You can blame us for allowing these rats in but you cant put the finger on us for creating that crap.

Since many of the Mexican people believe that the indeginous ones, those whose ancestors were already in what is now Mexico, are eeeevill and the same “fairer” skinned Mexicans cause those historical tribal populations to displace themselves into the U.S., it is time to start charging these Mexican elitists with hate crimes and forcing them to accept the fact that the Mexican land needs to be productive for all of her citizens.

Mexico is essentially pulling a Muriel boatlift on us. They are not exporting anyone except their thugs and indeginous peoples. How come our media will not call them on their own racism? I work by the border, the uber good-looking novella soap stars are not the ones jumping the fence. Obviously, unless you can trace your ancestry back to Spain, forget it. Better head north.

Don’t think the kid last week read the opinion, tough luck for him I suppose. Yes we remember Reggie and all of the dirty facts that go along with it, won’t ever forget. I propose drug tests with every ruling, oh sure, I know we can’t drug test our way out of this one, but it’s a start.

Well maybe that’s why I have never had to worry about my weight like many must today. In my school days no one except mom gave me a meal. Besides I tried as hard as I could to minimize breakfast and I altogether shunned lunch, too busy doing stuff like being a kid to have time for gorging myself. The result is, I can now safely gorge myself over and over if I want to. I was thinking of going to Denver for the crat convention and walking up and down on the sidewalk eating a big fat burger and honkin load of greasy fries (imported and paid for in my own dollars). You know, pull out all the stops and really pi$$ them off.

I don’t know if the brick that eventually killed him was legal or not but I suppose when one side of your head is missing it don’t really matter.

Your courts already ruled on that. Remember Reginald Denny? The judge in that case ruled a brick is not a deadly weapon. I thought about marketing “Brick on a Stick” after that ruling.

The high school near my home has installed “free lunch dispensers“.

Over 50% of the students now get free breakfast AND lunch. The lines have become so long that students couldn’t get their free, taxpayer provided lunch in the allotted lunch time. Soooooo, they have installed vending machines that are filled up with hot meals BEFORE the breakfast and lunch periods start. Students go up to the machine, enter their free lunch ID number, and our tax money provides them with a nice hot meal. But get this, these machines are HIGH tech! They are covered all day by a metal “garage door” that is opened with a handheld remote control when the food needs to be put in, and closed remotely when the meal period is over. They had to use our taxpayer money to get fancy machines that use remotes because, heaven forbid, someone, paid with tax dollars, actually has to open or close a gate by hand…

We are doomed, doomed, doomed…. and by the way, a lot of that food is just thrown away by the kids.

Isn’t it nice that their parents have two meals a day paid for by us taxpayers? I sure wish I was able to get free food for my family!

Damn those slackers, McAmnesty and the democrat liberal leaches to hell!
