Another home invasion in Phoenix by…Cartel hitmen? Mexican military?
Allah didn’t think much of this story, or at least of the accusations that the guys who shot up that house (and a suspected pot dealer) in Phoenix dressed as cops in tactical gear were connected with the Mexican military. ICE now says they weren’t.
Okay, but I’ll keep my eyes open; there’s a strong tendency to downplay controversial incidents like this one. (Remember how long it took the Feds to admit that Hesham Hedayet, who shot up the El Al counter at LAX, was a terrorist?)
Whatever the story is, I’d like to get to the bottom of it, because something like it happened again Thursday. Four to ten guys in police uniforms and tactical gear busted into another house in Phoenix. And their choice of targets is interesting:
The residence might have been a drop house used for smuggling illegal immigrants, and it was furnished in such a way that made it difficult to escape from, Tranter said.
The men held two other men inside the house captive for several minutes, stealing money and personal belongings from the home, Tranter said. Police believe the two men held captive inside could have been involved with smuggling illegal immigrants. The men, ages 62 and 34, were not seriously injured, but one was pistol-whipped, he said. Both are suspected of being Mexican nationals here illegally.

So to review: killers dressed as cops, hitting criminal targets, and ready to take down a few cops who get in their way.

Not certain whether these crimes are related, but I’d sure like to find out more about what’s going on in Phoenix.

There’s only one thing the left wants to know – were they dressed in organic and union made?
Maybe this explains where Mexico got the money to operate hit squads in the US and violate our sovereignty: they got it from us!
If they don’t want strings attached or their sovereignty violated, they should use their own money, not ours. If they know they don’t have to account for their use of the money, how do we know they won’t divert it elsewhere or even use it to increase drug production? We should use the $400 million to secure our borders and let Mexico worry about their own drug problems.
Maybe I’ll apply for a government job and then insist that my paycheck come with no strings attached. Showing up for work every day is a pretty big string you know.
The majority of the crimes committed in Phoenix and the surrounding communities are related in some manner to the illegal alien invasion … if they are not the perpetrators of the crime they are the targets and they are usually victimized by other illegal aliens … not by US citizens …
These attacks have been going on for some time but it is just coming out that these are military style attacks …
If it were not for Sheriff Joe it would definitely be even worse … even though his detractors will say otherwise …
My family has been the victims of illegal alien crime three times in the past 4 years … it was the Sheriff’s Department that caught those criminals … not the Phoenix police …
1. My son was robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot of a Circle K … the 20 year old that robbed him was from south of the border and had 3 outstanding warrants from other communities when they caught up with him …
2. My daughter’s car was stolen during the night and then used in a robbery … since a witness had gotten the license number the police first went after my daughter and her husband … needless to say it was traumatic for everyone in the family for a number of weeks … the Phoenix police finally got off their backs 5 weeks later when the vehicle was used and identified in a second robbery … 6 months later the car was recovered during a drug bust of an illegal safe house … despite massive amounts of damage to the vehicle they are still fighting with an insurance company on the car …
3. My ex-wife had her car totalled on the way to work one morning by a hit and run driver who ran a red light while fleeing from the police … she survived but had several broken bones, bad bruises and other injuries including internal bleeding … she has been dealing with physical and mental issues ever since … the driver was an illegal with a record in Mexico and was wanted for murder in CA …
There are areas that are no longer safe to go into now unless you are obviously of Spanish-speaking heritage … neither I nor my kids live in or near those high risk crime areas … but that does not mean we are safe from these criminals …
Experiences like DL’s get a blind eye and the illegal lawbreakers get National news for stealing identity, ignoring our laws completely and holeing up in Churchs. Deport them Now!

DL, my elderly aunt and uncle had the same thing happen as your daughter and s-i-l. They hauled these two people who were in their late 70’s at the time down to police headquarters out of their Sun City neighborhood. The person who stole their car (in the middle of the night) actually killed someone and had left it abandoned. They were roused by the cops at 6:30 in the morning and didn’t even know it wasn’t in their driveway.
aj … yep … we missed out during spring training this year … have to look for next year … that is unless my D’Backs and your Halos end up in the WS in October …
terrig … it was the same here … they got awakened by the cops at 5:00 A.M. and hauled downtown … it was not a good day to say the least …
The basics such as simple enforcement escape our illustrious leadership. It’s too banal and not much hype can be built around it. A few guards, some surveillance at the busiest crossing points, so few resources really. How would they justify the huge monies? What of all the machinations and bluster? Why, they’d be exposed for the charlatans and thieves they really are wouldn’t they?

Well, my fellow BLOGGERS, welcome to the PHOENIX of 2008. We have had in depth postings on this site about ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. This 1st HOME INVASION was a direct connect to the DRUG CARTELS in MEXICO. And even though we now have even ICE saying no connect to MEXICAN MILITARY, the head of P.L.E.A. or local POLICE UNION says one of the members arrested this week had a connect to MEXICAN MILITARY. He has not changed his STORY yet. The other, that has been going on here for years. It has even had a RUNNING GUN BATTLE on one of our MAJOR FREEWAYS for dramatic effect. All of these incidents (as our local RAG likes to call them) are a direct result of our OPEN BORDERS POLICY. You may disagree, and say TERRORISM is a more pressing problem for OUR COUNTRY, but YOU DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! You know it’s pretty sad, if you want the CURRENT NEWS coming from your CITY and STATE, you have to go to the BEST SOURCE, THE WASHINGTON TIMES… That’s because you won’t get it LOCAL…
A friend of mine got busted in Tijuana for drunk driving back in the 80’s. The cops stole his money, camera, even his belt buckle. The only reason he got released so fast was because two armed US MPs were doing their daily walk through of Mexican jails in TJ looking for US servicemen who got busted.

Agreed … we have had these “home invasions” for quite a while … first time we have seen a “published” link to it being done with a military tactical approach and with military and SWAT outfitted perpetrators … may have been that way before and they didn’t tell us …
Hope the recall of the Phoenix Mayor gets on the ballot … he is a joke …
Desert Lover sorry to hear about all the drama affecting your family from those willing to do the crimes most Americans won’t do. I worry about my Mom living in Chandler, which is a fairly upscale neighborhood except for the young thugs that live with their parents right across the street that have vehicles coming and going at all hours of the day and night. My guess they are dealing, but their mother doesn’t appear to care or have a clue and the father is an invalid having barely survived a stroke and they well him around in his wheelchair to and from the car.
Stay safe down there and I hope the keystone cops of the Phoenix PD don’t try to help you or your family any more.

My son told me he was glad he was still on the way to pick me up to go fishing when he got robbed because if I had been with him I would have probably taken the guy out … guess he knows his dad pretty well after all …

How convenient to not count the illegal immigrants so you then can not have numbers on crimes by illegal immigrants.

Even if I did support vigilante justice, which I most emphatically don’t, one hundred rounds of 5.56 in a residential neighborhood is not the way to go about it.

You act surprised. Why do such things surprise you? Their (illegals) whole intent is to latino-ize America. This is what they do, this is how they live, and now its come here. They have no intention of assimilation. This is the great “la raza.” Aren’t they wonderful?
By the same logic, doesn’t taking money from the US for a specific purpose violate national sovereignty?
What I fear is that the illegal immigration thing will go unchecked even more so than under a democrat admi istration that then gets a flunkie on the Supreme Court to cast a vote saying that Heller is not so…we will then have the US Gov’t interfering with our right of self-defense on behalf of these illegals
Frankly for all of John McCain’s liberal sh$t, he starting to find out that the libs and latinos aren’t giving him the boost he needs to get elected (which I already knew)…so watch him tack right from this point on.
My suggestion is to use McCain’s own ambition as president against him by putting him in office with the fear that if he wants to keep his job, he is going to have to do something about illegal immigration

According to what I’ve been able to find, that would mean that they were drilling on one of their own wildlife refuges, which I doubt, and also that they would be punching one helluva long hole, because the area with the oil reserves (Area 1002, I think) appears to be quite a ways from the border.

Not much better over here in Peoria. I wrote several months ago about arriving at home and a car with four hispanic men in it screeched to a halt at the end of my driveway. I dashed in the house and grabbed my .45 and headed back out. When I got outside and the four men saw the weapon they dashed back down the driveway and drove away.
Hearing gunshots is an almost nightly occurrence here.

I am not hispanic but I speak fluent Spanish … however I never let it be known that I do … especially around strangers … there have been times it has helped me knowing what was being said around me in some situations …
I have been encouraging my kids to learn more Spanish just so they can understand what is going on when they are around people that are speaking it …
There have been a LOT of crimes here committed by illegal aliens. Basically it is a no lose situation for them. Either their family/gang gets them out on bail and they skip to Mexico or ICE picks them up and sends them to Mexico. If they happen to be caught several times or committ murder they do get sent to state prison. I believe our prison is about 40% illegal alien right now.
Just doing the crimes our home grown crimminals won’t do I guess.On September 18, 2007, Phoenix Police Officer Nick Erfle was murdered by a Mexican illegal alien. The ‘immigration rights’crown has stated the murder was Officer Erfle’s fault–he wouldn’t have stopped the gang is they weren’t hispanic. After Erik Martinez killed Officer Erfle he car-jacked a motorist and left the scene.Erik Martinez was later killed by Phoenix Police; rascist revenge we are told by Elias Bermudez a “immigrant rights advocate”.

For those not familiar with the Phoenix svalley “numbered streets” run N-S on the eastern side of the valley and “numbered avenues” run N-S on the western side of the valley … both of those mentioned are major streets … the named streets mentioned run E-W and are also major thoroughfares …
When the officers cornered the illegal alien he was still holding the owner of the car he hijacked as a hostage and was shot when he refused to surrender and held his gun to the head of the hostage … the illegal had been deported before and had warrants out for his arrest … his name was Erik Jovani Martinez …
Officer Erfle had survived cancer TWICE and returned to work each time …

He was convicted of a multitude of crimes, deported in lieu of incarceration something like 14 times, and eventually was found to have committed something like 15 murders. They called him the “Railroad Killer”. We finally managed to execute him a couple of years ago.
