NC couple active in Democratic politics, Satanic torture-cult (UPDATE: Video Added)

By see-dubya  •  June 30, 2008 03:42 PM

Okay, that headline wasn’t fair. Not all Democrats are Satan-worshippers.

Sometimes they just get their Lightworkers confused.

UPDATE, July 1:
You know you want to see the video.

“Spiritual growth service” indeed.

Prosecutors said Craig’s victims met him through a shared interest in Satan worship. They alleged Craig shackled his victims to beds, kept them in dog cages and starved them inside his Albany Street home.

He was charged with beating one victim with a cane and a cord and with raping a woman.

Johnson, who was third vice-chair of the Durham County Democratic Party and vice-chair for the Young Democrats, was charged with two counts of aiding and abetting. Prosecutors said she knew her husband planned the crime and watched as they were committed.

She has resigned her positions with the Democratic Party, said state Sen. Floyd McKissick, D-Durham.

    Well, isn’t that special? *shiver*

    Sick people those Democrats Satan-worshippers.

Not really a Dem state. If it were California or Massachusetts, the article would have implied a strong connection to an ultra-conservative religious cult.

aw….cut the pious crap, will you?

We’re having some fun here, at our political enemies’ expense.

    After all,
Dems hold themselves out to be ALL science-savvy, ultra-hip, religion/superstition rejecting worldy folks, just as they say conservatives are all Bible-thumpin’ creationists< Jerry Falwell clones and science - illiterate global warming “deniers”.

YOU BET we will jump on them over stuff like this when we get the chance. As John McLame is slowly finding out, this “highmindedness” and “turn the other cheeck” stuff has no place in politics — at least when your political enemies are working night and day to destroy you.

And no one thinks “we” are “better than” the left. We think the Left is WRONG.

Joy has traveled to Israel/Palestine with the Israeli Committee against House Demolitions to witness the conflict between Israel and Palestine on the ground. Before the 2003 war, Joy traveled to Iraq with the Christian Peacemaker Team to put a human face on the situation and to share with Americans the truth about the effect of the Gulf War and the imposed sanctions on the Iraqi people. Meanwhile, she speaks about her experience in the Middle East on a regular basis to any interested groups.

Here’s video containing an interview with a Church of Satan “reverend” about their atheistic and selfish might-makes-right philosophy. The interview starts at 5:40 if you want to skip all of the preliminary stuff, though I recommend watching all of it for educational purposes.

It is no coincidence that the metaphysics of “True” Satanism are practically identical to the panentheistic New Age ideologies, since the founders of the New Age heresies were also Satanists.
